S/R to PWD Road to Bender road for the year 2025-26

Earth work in excavation of foundation trench in all kinds of soil with all lead & lift including dressing and levelling the bed and depositing the excavated earth as directed by EIC

Filling foundation and plinth with sand well watered and rammed with cost of sand etc. complete.

P.C.C.( 1:3:6 ) in foundation using 40 mm size H.G. metal well rammed with cost, conveyance, royality, taxes of all materials and all labour, T&P, etc. complete.

Sub-Structure

Providing weepholes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain/reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing etc complete

Earth work in ordinary soil within 50m lead and 1.5m initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clodds to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth and as per direction of EIC.

Clearing grass and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 30m outside the perifhery of the area as per Technical Specification Clause 201 of MORD by Manual means as per the direction E.I.C.

Providing granular sub-base (Sand Moorum Admixture) in layers not eceeding 22.5 cm well watered and compaction to the required density in O.M.C with Vibrater roller. etc. complete including cost, carriage, royalty . as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing , laying , spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness , hand packing , rooling with three wheeled steel roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding matarials to fill up the interstices of corse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Providing applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-I) over prepared surface of granular base including clearing road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.6 kg / sqm

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared surfaces cleaned etc as per Technical Specification as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Providing 20 mm thick primix carpet over prepared surface using a total quantity of 0.23 cum of 12 mm to 6 mm chips with 1.59 kg of bitumen for 0.028 cum of chips and tack coat of 9.07 kg of 80/100 grade bitumen per 10 sqm and compacting with 8T-10T power roller etc complete.

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH spefn. clause No. 508 complete.
