(Note: Backing Screed (plastering) will be measured and paid under relevant item.)

M&L for 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement morter (1:6) for laying floor finishes complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface as backing screed of dado /skirting complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20-25 mm thick, Machine cut kota stone slab fooring laid over and including cement screed bed or bedding layer of 20 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) including jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete, all as specified and directed. M&L for 18-20 mm thick, Machine cut kota stone slab fooring in riser and steps, skirting, dado, set over and including 10 mm thick backing screed (plastering) in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete, all as specified and directed. S&F solid PVC frame (single rebated) of size 60mm x 30mm made out of solid PVC foam with homogenous fine cellular structure having smooth outer integral skin with suitable metal stiffner and fixed with 100 x 8 sheet metal CSK screws complete, all as specified and directed. (Note : Door frame shall be water proof, termite proof, elegant and should have excellent screws holding strength to fix hinges and hold doors properly for a long life.)

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter, 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail. Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement complete, as per specification & shown on drawing of MES SSR Part-I,1991 and as directed.

S&F factory made solid stainless steel wire gauged PVC door shutter, 30m thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat mouled plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side as gap insert for stainless steel wire gauge planel in leaf of PVC sheets. The wire gauge shall be wrapped on additional square 8mm MS solid tube this tube shall be welded MS tube. Cleaning of rusted metal (iron base) apply reebaklens RR with brush for complete wetting of rusted metal surface and allowed to react it for 16-24 hours. After 24 hours, a white layer will appear which will protect further corrosion of metal / steel for about 5-7 days. Before applying protective coating, the surface should be wire brushed and thoroughly cleaned for dust with dry cloth complete, all as specified and directed.

Providing and applying two coats of Nitozinc Primer a two component epoxy zinc rich primer or equilvalent product on the properly cleaned and prepared steel bars after the required chipping and cleaning of the concrete surface as per the manufacture's specification complete all as specified and directed.

Drilling holes as per specififed depth of the surface, fix the PVC and fix it with fosroc renderoc plug, rapid setting cement based plugging mortar. Injecting cement slurry admix with Fosroc Cebex 100 or equivalent make, Plasticised expanding grout admixture @ 0.225 Kg per bag of cement and Fosroc Nitobond SBR Latex or equivalent make, @ 5 Lites/50 Kg cement, through the prefixed nozzles under pressure using suitable grout pump to fill all possible pores complete, all as specified and directed.

Identify and opening the cracks and construction joints, honeycomb areas, shall be chased open into 'U' groove shape and sealed with high strength, fiber based cementitious mortar, Fosroc Renderoc SP-40 or equivalent make. Providing and fixing 6-8 mm dia nozzle along the joints and honeycomb areas after proper surface preparation. The injection of Conbextra EP-10 or equivalent make, through the nozzle till the refusal of the grouting materials complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply and apply concrete surface with single component, fibre reinforced shrinkage compensated, polymer modified structural grade repair mortar like Fosroc Renderoc SP-40 or equivalent make of 40 mm thickness. The repair mortar should have a compressive strength 45 N/mm² flexture strength 7 N/mm² and tensile strength 2.5 N/mm² at 28 days complete, all as specified and directed.

Providing supplying, transporting materials, drilling holes by rotary hammer drill, dust removing, batchnig mixing of resin and harderner, inserting & anchoring rebars of specified dia in existing concrete surfaces using polyester resin based anchoring grout like Fosroc Lokfix E-55 or equivalent make and necessary re-baring of reinforcement steel upto 200 mm depth (cost of the reinforcement will be charged extra) complete, all as specified and directed.

Providing and applying structural grade long pot life epoxy bond coat of Nitobond EP Std or equivalent makeprior to building up of section with any type or mortar/concrete to ensure bond between old concrete & new concrete by brush application as per the manufacturer's specification. (Mode of measurement per sqm of application of concrete surface) complete, all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying micro concrete up to the required thickness (Av. 60 mm) on the designated area to the prepared slurry tight shutteing with proper shear conector and bonding agent where ever necessary, The fluid micro-concrete repair material shall be single component, cement based, Renderoc RG or equivalent make, Micro-concrete to which only the site-addition of clean water (and approved graded coarse aggregates where specified) shall be premitted. The micro concrete shall contain no metallic aggregateds, or chlorides and shall be shrinkage compensated in the plastic state. The micro concrete in the flow able consistency should achieve a compressive strength of 50 N/mm² after 28 days at 30°C as per BS 4551-80. The unrestrained expansion shall be between 1-4% as per ASTM C827-1987. Again as per BS 4551-80 the flexural strength shall not be less than 5 N/mm² after 28 day. The micro concrete shall have a co-efficient of thermal expansion 10-12 x 10-6°C and thermal conductivity 1.5 W/m°C the mixed density of micro concrete shall exceed 2100-2200 Kg/M³ at 27°C complete, all as specified and directed.

Providing, erecting, fixing in position waterproof shuttering by plywood/ MS sheet 2.5 to 3.00 mm thick. To be fixed with required size of single frame who can bear the pressure load of concrete during pouring at all location of all shapes with chamfer, splays, key wedges, props, bracings, nails, brackets etc. complete including providing erecting & removing of pipe scaffording at any required height confirming to relevant IS codes, deshuttering the same after specified period without damaging the concrete work complete, all as specified and directed.

Proping and supporting : The structutal members and it's adjoining areas with steel props (Adjustable of as required), bracing, steel/timber runners etc. to relive the structural member of the required load coming over it as per the pattern given by the Contractor or approved by Engr.-in-Charge complete, all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cuplock type) on the exterior side, up to triple storey height made with 40 mm dia MS tube 1.5 mtr center to center. Horizontal and vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with MS tubes challies, MS clamps and MS staircase system in-teh scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, renners, connection with the building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete all as per directions and aproval of Engr.-in-Charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for.

Soil Grouting : In this process the penetrobility of high volume fly ash, cement prepared with plasticizer into soil through permeaton grouting. Class-'C' fly-ash was used due to it's pozzolanic activity and fineness. Fly ash-cement grouts have relatively constant and low viscosity values for a reasonoble period after preparation. Exhibit limited or negligible bleed capacity and set and develop satisfactory strength within a relatively short period. Grouting of soil is need for improving the physical and and mechanical properties of soil. Unconfined compressive. Solid Content : 70 %. Tensile strength ASTM D 412 : 1.10 Mpa. Elongation ASTM D12 : 100 %. Resistance to ageing due to : 10:00 Hour. UV radiation ASTM D4587 E : No Change. Surface Preparation : Surface to be free from frost, surface laitance and contamination free from loose aggregate or other sharp protrusions with fairly smooth finish for applicaion of water proof coating prime the surface with water. Including removal of all existing treatment, bituminious membrane, tarfelt, screed concrete etc. from RCC slab complete, all as specified and directed.

Coving Treatment : M&L for coving (50 X 50mm) to be done at all junctions with Nitobond SBR latex or equivalent make to be mixed with cement complete, all as specified and directed.

Cracks & Honeycomb Treatment by Injection Grouting : Identify the cracks and joints, shall be chased open into 'U' groove shape. Prepared suitable surface as require to apply the mortar. Taking out unserviceable/damaged/faulty cable of any size and type along with unserviceable brick for cable protection from trench/pole complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply laying & testing 25 Sq.mm cross sectional area, 3.5 core, XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty, electric power cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade, laid in trench/pole/on wall complete, all as specified and directed. (Note : Excavation shall be measured and paid under respective items of Earth Work.)

M&L for sand cushioning for protection of underground cable, consolidated and compacted with clean dry sand complete, all as specified and directed. (Note : Punned depth shall be measured and paid.)

Supply and laying well burnt, 'old size' sub class, 'B' bricks, laid flat in trenches for cable protection complete, all as specified and directed. (Note : Bricks shall be laid flat and perpendicular to the length of cable.)

M&L for horizontal boring under the road, below 1 mtr from the road surface and dia of hole not exceeding 100 mm without damaging the existing road, getting out and disposal of soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr from the site of work complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40 mm bore, galvanised steel (GI) water tubing, light grade with all necessary fittings, laid in trenches/floor, fixed to wall/pole/under road etc. for cable protection complete, all as specified and directed.

Dismentallaing old steel pole/struts, any size including demolituon of concrete foundation and S&F steel tubler swaged pole, with cast iron base plate, finial tapper plug, bolts, nuts and screws type 410 SP-31 (8.5 M/9 M long) including two coats of aluminium paints over one coat of red oxide primer on external exposed surfaces and two coats of black bituminous paint on portion embedded in concrete in internal surfaces of pole including writing MES No. to the body of pole complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC, type C-2, 1:3:6, (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation of poles filling and mass concrete complete, all as specified and directed. (Note : PCC copping of pole shall be measured and paid under relevant B/R portion.)

S&F street light bracket made of 40 mm bore GI pipe, medium grade, 1.50 mtr long, bent to shape consisting for mountaning with 300 mm long, mild steel clamps, of (25x4) mm size FI of required shape, (02 Nos per GI brackets) fitted with 4 Nos mild steel bolts, nuts and washer of suitable size, including painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer to the expose surface complete, all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs energy saving and environmental friendly long life LED street light fitting made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with 60 Watt LED luminaires, aerodynamically designed, 240 Volt, with excellent thermal management, inbult tilt angle arrangement with IP-67 including 3 core copper cable size 2.5 Sq.mm from LED to junction box complete, all as specified and directed.

S&F junction box, PVC type loopin, loopout enclosure (250 x 200) mm size, 105 mm depth, consisting of 4 Nos aluminum busbar of (150 x 20 mm) size, 2 mm thick, fixed on porceline support inside, enclosure fixed with pole using mild steel FI clamps (40 x 6) mm size of required shape with bolts, nuts & washers complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply laying and testing 10 Sq.mm cross section area, 2 core, XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty, electric power cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade, in trenches through pipe/ducts or on pole walls jointing to OH conductor LT panel main switch with aluminium cable, lugs etc.complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Excavation shall be measured and paid under respective items of Earth Work.)

Taking out unserviceable earthing complete and M&L for earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode (60 x 60) cm size, 6.3 mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50 mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanised steel lead wire 4 mm dia by means of galvanised nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron including 4 mm wire mesh funnel, charcoal or coke and common salt, 20 mm bore GI ‘medium grade’ watering pipe, 40 mm bore ‘medium grade’ GI protection pipe, copper lugs, etc. including excavation and earth work in soft/loss soil, as shown in Electrical Plate No.5 of MES SSR Part-I (2009), connected to earthing test point, and testing on complete in all respect complete, all as specified and directed. Note : Irrespective of whatever shown in electric plate, concrete pit shall be PCC, type C-1, 1:3:6 with 50 mm thick pre-cast RCC cover, type B-1, 1:2:4 and reinforced with 8 mm dia MS TMT bar @ 150 mm C/C both way with suitable handle complete, all as specified and as directed.

Taking down, re-fixing and re-connecting serviceable electric meter, any type, at the same site complete, all as specified and directed.
