Repairing oxygen manifold of ward block of Main Hospital by way of providing and fitting of New automatic Medical gas manifold panel (Fully Automatic) for twin bank type (15+15) configuration with auto regulation, 02 No by-pass emergency kits/points regulator, lead (high pressure pipes),gauges, interconnecting copper piping, tail pipes with NRV for cylinders, Isolation control valve on the supply line including MS support and allied items. The manifold control panel shall be capable of regulating minimum 1500 LPM Oxygen flow and shall be designed with standing the oxygen cylinder pressure in the range of 0-200kgf/cm2 with safety features related to hazard and continuity of flow of medical grade oxygen. The panel shall operate at a constant pressure through two banks of bottled gas cylinders with following status and indication system. (i)Bank in use :- Green Indication (ii)Bank ready for use :- yellow indication (iii).Empty Bank :- Red indication The Control panel shall have built-in LED display to indicate normal, high and low line-pressure. The Control panel shall incorporate safety provision in case of failure of electronic as well as pneumatic system. Control should be able to be used manually through by pass system. The mounting angle iron of 50x50x5mm shall be fixed on the wall with clamps/dash fasteners to hold the 15+15 cylinder system in place. The job includes dismantling, removing of old panel and cleaning of surface. The job includes cleaning of exiting old panel and stacking same at same place as per instruction of site Engineer. All wiring, thimbling, piping, valves etc required for successfully installation testing and commissioning of the battery bank are to be provided by the contractor. The equipment shall conform to the relevant ISO/BIS standard and contractor or firm shall have to submit relevant test certificates.

The manifold control panel shall be capable of regulating minimum required Nitrous oxide, flow and shall be designed to bear the cylinder pressure of 0-200kgf/cm2 with safety features related to hazard and continuity of flow of medical grade Nitruous oxide .
