Material and labour for 3mm thick superior Atactic poly propylene modified polymeric membrance waterproofing treatment of weight not less than 3.6 Kg per sqm with properties of high penetration and the centre core consisting of 90 micron high Molecular-High Density polyethylene (HMHDPE) film consisting of five layers. The superior multi polyplus is to be laid after preparing the surfaces by cleaning thoroughly to achieve a smooth surface over and including a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.30 Litre per sqm over a coat of hot applied Blown Bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.2 kg per sqm. The overlaps between super multi polyplus are minimum 10cm seam in width/lengthwise complete all as specified and all as per manufacturer’s directions.

M & L for 10mm thick rendering on concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cemet in cement mortar 1:3 as in roof/sunken floors and using WPC 3% by wt of cement. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.
