Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre deep for laying/taking out of cables and foundation of poles etc. and getting out, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in trenches (soil), including spreading, leveling and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5metre above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, sand cushioning with a layer of dry river sand, 80mm thick before laying of cable and 150mm thick (punned down to 100mm thick) after laying of cables, in trenches/ducts, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned down thickness (overall 18cm), shall be considered for measurement and payment.

Material and labour, locally available, sub class `B’ bricks (old size), laid flat and dry perpendicular to the direction of cable adjacent to each other, in trenches over the cable for protection, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying / fixing , GI pipe light grade 40mm dia bore for cable protection fixed to pole/wall or laid under floor/road/pavement, including taking out old & removal, complete all as specified and directed. Note (s) : (i) MS clamps, nuts, bolts etc where required shall be included in quoted rate. (ii) Boring of holes under road etc. or excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of Low Tension (LT) XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty, electric power cable, cross sectional area 120Sqmm 3.5 core aluminum conductor 1100volts grade under ground cable including both side connection with cable lugs etc, laid in trenches, along poles or passing through pipes or laid under floor or through walls etc, complete including taking out old cable & bricks all as specified and as directed. Note(s): Returning filling earth work, sand cushioning and bricks for protection of cable shall be measured and paid separately.

All as per Serial Item No. 9.00 here-in-before but cross sectional area 35Sqmm, 3.5 core

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning in replacement of factory made tested (Including CPRI type tested certificate) LT panel board cubical outdoor type of size 0.75 x 0.75 x 0.40 mtrs, plate mounted suitable for, 415 volts 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 HZ AC supply system having bus bar chamber with insulated copper bus bar of rating 400 Amp installed on porcelain/SMC insulator. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof IP-65 class protection and made of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet and 40x40x6 mm thick MS angle iron frame work, powder coated finished over one coat of red oxide on out side surface and painted in side with two coats of red oxide primer and rear opening type with apron for cable entry, closing locking arrangement including internal wiring with PVC insulated solid copper conductor FRLS cable IS 694 marked, 1100 volts grade of appropriate size (but not less than 4.0 sqmm) and comprising of the following including necessary PCC in 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for platform of suitable size etc all as directed with the following fitments :- (a) MCCB 4 pole 415 volts 250 amp rating braking capacity 36 KA incoming (Adjustable Overload 40-100%) -01 No (b) Bus bar : Providing suitable size of Bus bar of copper 400 amp rating with coloured heat shrinkable insulated sleeves 415 volts as per IS of suitable size mounted on DMC/epoxy insulator- 01 No.

Material and labour for preparation of old rusted steel surfaces of structure LT swaged tubular poles (of 9.0m length) and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint up to 1.2 mtr height as per the existing pattern above the PCC coping and two coat of aluminium paint beyound 1.2 mtr height (for the rest portion) including cross arms brackets and re-writing pole numbers complete all as required and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair, MCCB, 04 pole, 250Amps, 415 volts, 25 KA, 50Hz , with adjustable thermal and magnetic release, complete with extension links and making connection in panel board, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair, MCCB, 04 pole, 160Amps, 415 volts, 25 KA, 50Hz , with adjustable thermal and magnetic release, complete with extension links and making connection in panel board, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair, MCCB, 04 pole, 100Amps, 415 volts, 25 KA, 50Hz , with adjustable thermal and magnetic release, complete with extension links and making connection in panel board, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair, MCCB, 03 pole, 63Amps, 415 volts, 25 KA, 50Hz , with adjustable thermal and magnetic release, complete with extension links and making connection in panel board, complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting /dismantling and complete overhauling of 11KV distribution transformer 50KVA to 300KVA capacity after disconnecting of electric supply and earth connections, drain out of transformer oil and kept in close containers for reuse, lifting/removing of top cover of transformer and cores with chain pulley blocks/crane, cleaning of sludge and washed down with the help of spray of clean oil and re-assembling of transformer with supply and fixing of new gasket set assembly, replacement of nuts, bolts and washers as required at site, as required at site, re-filling of transformer oil after centrifuging at satisfactory dielectric strength complete after electric connections and testing, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) If retrieved oil's de-electric strength is very less, then it will be replaced with new one in relevant items. (ii) If any items is required for smooth functioning of transformer including transportation, general cleaning of surrounding area. The cost of same will be deemed to be included in the unit rates.

Opening, dismantling and repair to voltage stabilizer servo controlled 3 phase, input voltage 300-450 volts and output voltage 385-415 volts AC supply 50HZ any type/size capacity 50KVA to 300 KVA and reassembling after repair and testing on load at site, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) If retrieved oil's de-electric strength is very less, then it will be replaced with new one in relevant items. (ii) If any items is required for smooth functioning of stabilizer including transportation, general cleaning of surrounding area. The cost of same will be deemed to be included in the unit rates.

Material and labour for filling of new transformer oil superior quality having di-electric strength not less than 60 KV including centrifuging of oil (if required) upto getting dielectric strength near 60KV , complete all as specified and directed.

Repairing and maintenance of primary and secondary HT core load of 11KV distribution transformer of capacity 50KVA to 300KVA by providing proper insulation and copper winding wire with supper enameled double paper covered and testing, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for taking out unserviceable winding wire and rewinding with super enameled double paper covered copper wire having existing size and providing proper insulation and de-moisturizing and winding copper before assembling the winding core and including primary testing, ratio testing, no load testing, core bolt insulation testing , complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Rewinding and testing on load of transformer and voltage stabilizer shall be carried out through approved manufacturer.

Maintenance, repair, servicing of automatic mains failure panel 24Volt DC and 440Volt AC supply operated system by locating faults and replacement of minor unserviceable parts and components, complete all as specified and directed, as per following:- (a) Repair of faulty worn out control wiring DC/AC for engine starting and off, with adequate and suitable size copper conductor wire connected with proper copper lugs & terminals through protection pipe/casing. (b) Repair of worn out/faulty internal wiring of controls and timers, indicating/measuring instruments through various control fuses and relays with suitable and adequate size of copper conductor wire, connected with suitable copper lugs and terminals. (c) Replacement of worn out small control fuses, indicating lamps, various type of copper lugs, thimbles terminals all as deemed necessary or directed including minor spare parts and components in order to make system serviceable and perfectly in working order (d) Material and labour, painting of AMF panel metallic body surface with one coat of superior quality synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and 1st quality including replacement of worn out rubber beading. (e) Testing of system on load. Note : Supply and fix spare parts for replacement where required, shall be measured and paid separately.

Earth test of earth pit is to be provided with a colour code. The direction regarding the size, shape and colour of the Mild steel identification board etc, shall be given by the Engineer-in-Charge. (vi) On completion of the entire work, the contractor shall submit a register/record showing location of earthing, earth value, date of testing, user`s signature etc to the Engineer-in-Charge. (vii) The work is to be carried out in replacement of existing earthing. The quoted rate shall be deemed to include for taking out, dismantling & disposal of metalic materials/components of old earthing and credit for retrieved metallic material shall be deducted as per 'Schedule of Credit'.
