Routine maintenance of DG set by deputing authorised service representative for minimum 11 visits in a calender year i.e, once in a month to attend the DG set 600 KVA capacity regularly to carrying out scheduled preventive maintenance checks on diesel generating set (of any Make) and to carryout the under mentioned A ,B or C check/works during the calender year all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge (a) Carry out maintenance/check as per maitenance schedule during every visit as per contract. Note 1 : All spare parts will be measured & paid saparately. Note 2 : Consumables like grease etc.is deemed to be included the rate quoted by the contractor for comprehensive/routine maint.

Supply and fix in repair LT UG Cable on wall/floor/ceiling with proper saddles, including testing of XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of following size 6 sq mm 2 core. Note : 1. The cost of Al thimbles/lugs and cable gland etc shall be including in the quoted rate and no extra payment will be made for it. 2. The excavation, earth work, sand cushioning and brick protection etc will be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Material and labour for un-reinforced,precast concrete cable cover of flat size 250x150x40mm class LV type I for cable protection including taking down old unserviceable cover all as specified and directed.

Cutting existing road surfaces or hard standing 0.45M depth (22Cm thick comprising bituminous topping) for laying of pipes/cables and making good disturbed surfaces to match with existing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cable joint kit 1100Volts grade cable for jointing straight through complete with jointing material (Heat Shrinkable,Tubular Verson) and accessories suitable for 3.5core 25 to 50 Sqmm XLPE armoured aluminum conductor cable including excavation, returning filling in spreading, leveling, well ramming in layers, soiling , complete and making good disturbed surfaces to match with existing complete all as specified and directed. Supply of JEF ECO SAFE Maintenance Free Grounding Solution set comprising of High tensile low carbon steel rod of 3 Mts length & 25 mm dia with 250 micron ( average ) molecularly bonded copper on the outer surface to confirm with requirements of UL467 along with Back-fill compound strictly be a Carbon based conductive concrete type which has a resistivity of less than 0.12 Ohm Mtr as per Clause 14.5D of IEEE : 80 standard. Back-fill compound should be electronically conductive ( Like in metals ) and should not depend on moisture for conduction. JEF Powerfill Loresco compound shall be supplied in 50 Pound Bag. ( 1 Bag of 50 Pounds required per earthing set). Back-fill comound should be environment friendly, should solidify when mixed with water and set like concrete and should not leach / diffuse into the ground. A suitable earth terminaton clamp should also be supplied along with the set alongwith earth pit weather proof incl all as specified . Note : Back-fill compound shall not be mixed with any soil while pouring in the bore hole.

Earthing continuity galvanised iron strip 25 x 3 mm or main earthing lead fixed to wall with clamps or recess or croses or buried in ground or drawn in conduits/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for the PVC board of appropriate size and thickness duly pasted with computerised letter mentioning " NO SMOKING" , " DANGER 11000 volts with skull and cross painted, " NO ADMISSION EXCEPT ON DUTY, " SM/MES NO." for the transformer/HT breakers/DG sets including accessories etc for the substations including accessories for properly fixing the same on wall/fencing/pole all as directed.

M & L for fixing standard shock treatment chart in English & Hindi duly framed and covered with glass.
