Removing/Cleaning the wild growth around the MS pipes (1100mm) and removing the rust from the pipes with the help of the Labour and tools and tackles from all three chambers of the valves and delivery lines and removing the bricks and cement up to the depth of 01 feet around the effluent delivery pipes.

Providing the MS plate of thickness 8mm for the MS pipe 1100mm for all three valve chambers and the remaining area from gate to 3 rd chamber Overlapping Area: Approx. 159 Sq Mtr

Hiring of JCB with fuel, operator & helper for excavation of earth & other related work as required at site, refilling the pit after completion of work

Safety arrangement air face mask, , Hand gloves, helmet, gum boots, protective bodysuits, safety belts, portable ladder, first aid box, caution tape, barrier cone, litmus paper, torch etc arranged by the firm at site of work for safe working including barricading at Site

Fixing the MS plate on 1100 mm MS line with the help of labour like fitter, Beldar, welder, cutter, helper, chowkidar, supervisor, electrician and material used like Hilti, welding machine, cutter set, welding rods, nut bolts and other T&P required etc at site of work.

Providing/Fixing one number of pressure valve (unit Kg/cm2 and PSI, Capacity 200 PSI) on the 1100mm delivery line drilling the hole of required size in 1100mm line.

Providing the required civil work around pipes to make the chambers as before. Chamber size 4.6x4.6x4 cubicmtr

Repairing the road and boundary wall Area of road 25 Sqmtr, Wall Size 2x3 sqmtr

Painting the complete Delivery pipes area 159 sqmtr and chamber with antirust enamel paint and distemper respectively. Paint Make: Asian/ Nerolac/ Berger
