PLASTERING with 12 mm thick cement plaster of mix : Note: Rate is including hacking the RCC surface, scaffolding, etc. complete

Flush/ Ruled pointing (pointing may vary as decided by the Engineer in-charge while executing the work).

Providing and fixing 'Y' shaped Angle iron (50 x 50 x4 mm) post & strut of required size including bottom to be split and bent at right angle in opposite direction for 10 cm length and drilling holes upto 10 mm dia. Complete as per direction of engineer in-charge. The rate is inclusive of applying a priming coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of Asian (cleaning the surface,etc) and angle post to be embeded on cement concrete. Note: Rate is inclusive of scaffolding, lead, lift at all height, etc, complete.

Fencing with angle iron post placed at required distance embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post on one side only and provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals interwoven with horizontal wires, of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100 m (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples, turn buckles etc. complete. (Cost of posts, struts, earth work and concrete work to be paid for separately). Payment to be made per metre cost of total length of barbed wire used. Note: Rate is inclusive of scaffolding, lead, lift at all height, etc, complete.

Finishing walls with ready mixed Premium acrylic emulsion paint (Company Depot Tinted) having VOC less than 50 gmilitre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade with silicon additives. Note: Rate is inclusive of scaffolding, lead, lift at all height, etc, complete.

New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm.
