Taking down ceiling fans of any sweep and any size including cable connections and disconnecting of fan blades and removing the fan with blades to store yard and hanging ceiling fan in its original position or any other position as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including its fittings and fixtures after carrying out the repairs i.e cleaning, rewiding, greasing and filling, replacement of bearings, cleaning all dust and filling cavity with filler, reassembling the fan etc including testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- Contractor's quoted rates shall including the following (i) Taking down fan and refixing the same position and or any other position complete with its all fittings and fixtures to make it complete functional and testing complete. (ii) Other items shall be paid under respective items as per site requirement as supply and fix in replacement i.e. rewinding , bushes, bearing , fan blade , canopy , U clamp etc.

M&L for rewinding of burnt fan motor with super enameled copper wire suitable for sweep up to 1200 mm sweep complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rewinding of burnt fan motor with super enameled copper wire suitable for sweep 1200 mm to 1400 mm sweep complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of ball bearing No 6201/6202/6203/6204 suitable as per the site requirement size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make SKF/NBC.

Supply and fixing in replacement of gun metal copper alloy bush suitable for existing make ceiling fans up to size 1400mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fixing in replacement of GI rod, painted with white colour of size 15 mm dia and up to 1 m long suitable as per site complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of GI rod, painted with white colour of size 15 mm dia and up to 1.5 m long suitable as per site complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of ‘U’ clamps with nuts, bolts, washers and split pins complete heavy duty complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and replacement of heavy duty rubber reel suitable for any size for ceiling fan. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F canopy of suitable size as per the site requirement including nut and bolts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of ceiling fan blade suitable of 1200 mm sweep size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of ceiling fan blade suitable of 1400 mm sweep size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-charge.

Taking down exhaust fans of any sweep and any size after taking out it from its mounting place dismantling the blades, opening the casting and cleaning the dust properly, greasing and oiling the bearing, cleaning the winding and refixing the exhaust fan to its original position or any other position including all fittings and fixture, preparation of surfaces by fillings cavity with filter and cleaning all dust after carrying out proper repairing complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Contractor's quoted rates shall including the following:- (i) Taking down fan and refixing the same position and or any other position complete with its all fittings and fixtures to make it complete functional and testing complete. (ii) All minor repairs including greasing, oiling, prepartion of surface including filling to receiving a coat of paint . (iii) Other items shall be paid under respective items as per site requirement as supply and fix in replacement of rewinding, bushes, bearing, fan blade , canopy etc.

Supply and fixing louvers for exhaust fan of size 300 to 450mm sweep including taking out old damaged louvers complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in -charge.

Supply and fixing louvers for exhaust fan of size upto 300 mm sweep including taking out old damaged louvers complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in -charge.

Supply and fixing fastener for Exhaust fan complete all as speified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of exhaust fan blade of size 300mm to 450mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down wall mounting/cabin fans up to 12'' sweep, removing/cleaning of dust properly oiling and greasing of bush/bearings including re-fixing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
