Supplying & fixing composite Fibre Glass Reinforced Polymer (FRP) Gratings of 40mm height without frame.Load capacity should be 15 MT for width upto 300mm, 10MT for width more than 300mm to 450 mm and 5 MT for width more than 450mm to 600mm, of make 1 HERMODRAIN/KT/POOJA brand OR Equivalent as directed by Engineer in charge. Material of grating should be resistant to sunlight (UV Stabilised), water, chemical water and sewerage water. Density of material should not be less than 2 ton/cubic m. should have high impact resistance, should be flexible and not brittle. FRP shall comprise of 55% resin and 45% Fibreglass with no filler content. Material of product should conform to IS 1726 and BS EN 124 for load bearing test and permanent set test. Average Wall thickness should not be less than 8 mm

Item rate for P & F flamed cut granite stone slab 25mm thick of superior quality of approved shade and colour of required size as approved by the site engineer in flooring ,dado, slab , 2 skirting, staircase of FOB and on any other places wherever required on average 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 all edges should be machine cut jointed with white cement slurry with colour pigment to match the colour of slab etc: including all taxes, charges, all loading ,unloading ,lifting all heights all L&M,T&P . .All rubbing ,rounding of sharp edging, molding, polishing & finishing etc. complete job . Nothing extra will be paid whatsoever the case may be.

Nothing extra shall be paid whatsoever the case may be. Mode of payment:-The measurement shall be taken as per plinth area bases. Specification:- 1. Roof & Wall:- 75mm thick sandwitch panel expanded polystyrene core having bulk density of 18 kg/cum or more insulation materials in accordance with IS:4671/1984 Type I and 0.63mm thick GI sheet both side powder coated .The G.I. sheet shall confirm to galvanizing coating of 80 gms.The panel should be with interlocking method.The lower portion of the panel forms the ceiling of cabin and top will be trapezodial section of GI powder coated sheet in proper slope ,hence no seperate false ceiling is required. The roof single/ double slope should be 100% leak proof. 2. FlOOR: - Modular floor made out of grid mounted floor platform of M.S hollow rectangular tube section of size 50x25mm or 35x35mm conforming to IS:4929- 1979.The frame work should have a grid size of 600x600mm above grid BWO marine grade ply board (as per IS: 303-1989) or cement fibre board ( as per IS: 14276-1995) of 16mm is screwed with self tapping Hilt screws.The entire structure is raised above ground by 150 to 200mm (6"" to 8"" ) or more using ISMB or ISMC steel supports or Alternate (Pucca Cement Platform) Cement concrete platform ( Pucca floor) made out of standard Civil procedure ( 1:2:4) cement,coarse sand and 20mm aggregate can also be provided to support wall panels using 'C' and 'Z' G.I. channels.The platform can be raised to desire height from (GL) ground level or (RL) road level . 3.
