Excavation in soil in Hilly area by manual/ mechanical means including cutting and trimming of Iside slopes and disposing of excavated earth with all lifts and lifts as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1603.1 including saturated soil comprising of pick work, jumper work, and blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiselling and wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soils including, dewatering wherever required, setting out to required lines, levels as shown on the drawing and as directed by the Engineer -in-Charge at site and sorting out useful and un- useful material and transportation of the un -useful material for disposing at approved dumping site or otherwise and including payment of prescribed charges of dumping to the owner of dumping site (to be arranged by the contractor) for the satisfaction of Engineer- in -Charge through all modes of transportation including head load, animal load or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and with all kinds of labour, machineries, tools equipments and safety measures and other incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour (if required) Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceable materials shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects including all incidental charges.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to all floor level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing: 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including V shape drain.complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for :Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps drains etc.complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Providing and laying filter media with granular crushed aggregates as per specification to thickness of not less than 600mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and providing over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall, return wall to the full height, compacted to firm condition complete as per drawing and technical specification Clause 1204.3.8 including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within all leads as per direction of Engineer-in-charge :In lime mortar

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres leadcomplete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm

Providing and laying Polished Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions all complete with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Extra for pre finished nosing to treads of steps of Polished Granite stone complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing weep holes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain/ reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification Clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7 including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge for all leads including all lifts involved as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses/ Framed work etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped screws, washers etc.complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 90-120 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 1 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. By Manual Means WBM Grading 1

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 90-120 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fillup the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. By Manual Means WBM Grading 2

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25kg to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleane with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 complete including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying 30mm (thirty milimetre) bituminous concrete with 90-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture. complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars.complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.
