Procurement of Electrical Items required for Conversion of Major RLI Scheme

Supply and Delivery of 20 H.P Electro Motor Pump set having capacity of 200 cubic meter per hour discharge at 18 meter total head. The Motor shall be designed for operation at 415 V (+10%), 3 Phase, 50 Cycles per Sec (+-5%), A.C Supply 1500 r.p.m. The Motor shall be TEFC, ISI marked as per IS 12615 with latest amendments thereof. The Pump (Model of size 150x150mm) shall be horizontal, single stage, split casing, conforming to ISI specification as per IS-6595/1993 with latest amendments hereof. Pump should be directly coupled with Motor and mounted on a common fabricated M.S Base frame.

Supply and Delivery of Sheet metal enclosed re-wireable type Fuse, Main switch, 500 VOLTS, 3 phase, 50 Cycles A.C Supply conforming to IS:60947 (part-3)/1993 for-100 Amps 415 volts A.C TPN Main Switch.

Supply and Delivery of Sheet metal enclosed re-wireable type Fuse, Main switch, 415 VOLTS, 3 phase, 50 Cycles A.C Supply conforming to IS:60947 (part-3)/1993 for-63 Amps 415 volts A.C TPN Main Switch.

Supply of 20 HP Electromagnetic Star-Delta mottor controllers with 4 pole heavy duty Power Contactor, single phasing preventer and normal protective features, MCB, Indicators, push buttons, Ammeter, & Voltmeter, all in IP54 enclosure of min 16swg. C R sheet steel, 10 tank process powder coat painted and as per technical specification, as per IS: 60947.

Supply and Delivery of 12 mm thickness Busbar Chamber (100Amps, 500Volts) chamber 300 mm x 250 mm x105mm in size fitted with 12 mm x3 mm x230 mm copper bar (4bars) supplied with requisite brass nuts & bolts equivalent to bore size with at least 2 nos. of putter and 1 no inlet holes of 1-1/4" size on iron legs on w. board including arrangement of double earthing by 10 SWG GI wires.
