REPAIR TO WATER PROOFING TREATMENT FOR ROOF SLAB, EXTERNAL WALLS CRACK FILLING IN CERTAIN BLDGS IN HANSA VIHAR, RAQAS, NTS, NASDO, WARDROOM ETC UNDER GE (NW) VASCO

Taking down cement plastering at any description on brick or stone wall etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removal of debris and depositing where directed.

Material and labour for Rendering 5 mm thick cement plaster on ceiling in CM 1:3 finished to even & smooth w/o using extra cement.

Material and labour for Rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster on concrete solid block walls in two coats first coat of 10 mm in CM 1:4 & 2nd coat of 5mm in CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound finished to even & smooth w/o using extra cement. Note :- Integral water proofing liquid will be measured and paid separately.

M/L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 on concrete solid block wall internal surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

Supply only water proofing compound

Material and labour for Preparing new plastered wall surfaces and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over alkali-resistant primer, on plastered surfaces, preparatory to distempering, after applying 3mm thick wall care putty on wall

Material and labour for Preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of OBD over alkali-resistant primer after applying 3mm thick wall care putty on ceiling

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm, over and including 1-2mm thick true care exterior wall putty in two coats all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling/Taking out existing hessian base felt of any other existing water proofing treatment from roof including cement plaster and exposing the top surface of RCC slab including removing dust, vegetation, shrubs , small plant, dirt and washing the roof and removing the dismantled debris to a distance exceeding 200 m but not exceeding 3000m spread and leveled as directed by Engr-in -charge.

Providing 10mm thick plaster in CM (1:3) mixed with 1% integral water proofing compound over roof top surface including filling all cracks by forming groove of 5mm x 5mm finished to even & smooth w/o using extra cement. Note :- Integral water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately
