Providing Anti – termite treatment to soil adjacent and under building foundation, plinth periphery of the building by application of chemicals of IS 6313 part I to IV in stage to suit the progress of work consist as per the detailed specification as below (Measurements taken for the plinth area for the purpose of payment) including braking of termite mounds, making holes with crow bar, closing the holes after the treatment and including cost of chemicals, labour charges, transport & storing etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.(The chemical should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on work). Special ceiling plastering and finishing the exposed surface of all RCC items of work such as slabs, beams, sunshades, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three M-Sand) 10mm thick with Plasticizer including hacking the surfaces, providing cement mortar nosing, beading for sunshades, staircases, steps, landing slabs and curing, etc., in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering the surface of walls with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One cement and Three M-Sand), 12mm thick with Plasticizer in all floors including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and applying of two coats of putty of 3mm thick over the exposed RCC surface of ceiling including finishing the joints smoothly with grinding machine and the surface shall be thoroughly cleaned out of dust and scrubbing. The surface shall then be allowed to dry for atleast 48 hours. It shall then be sand papered (waterproof abrasive sheet) to give a smooth and even surface. Any unevenness shall be made good by applying 1st coat of putty mixed with water on the entire surface including filling up the undulations and applying 2nd coat of putty after 6 hours of 1st coat of putty and then sand papering (waterproof abrasive sheet) the same after it is dry and finishing the surface smoothly etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Manufacturing, Supplying and Fixing of Stainless Steel Hand rails for staircase near wet riser using 50mm dia 304L Grade Stainless Steel pipe of 1.60mm thick will be provided with tubular supports made of 304L Grade Stainless Steel pipe of 25mm dia of 1.60mm thick welded to the railing. The supports will be grouted into the wall and provided with 93.00mm thick Stainless Steel circular base plate of 304 Grade. Supplying and fixing in position steel balustrades using 20mm square rods spaced at 150mm centre to centre so that the two balustrades in each step shall be placed centrally and the top of balustrades connected with the hand rails (cost of hand rail shall be measured and paid separately) by means of MS flats of size 40mm x 6mm in the groove 40mm x 6mm provided at the bottom of hand rail; the bottom of balustrades shall be fixed on to the top of step concrete. Supplying fixing and erecting of steel roof trusses and roof truss purlins fixing for A.C. sheet roofing using MS. L. angle of size 50x50x6 mm raffter, Tie angles and MS angle of size 50x50x6mm for sturts and MS plat of size 12 mm thick for fixing A.C. sheet. The purlins using MS L. angle of size 50x50x6 mm shall be properly anchored to the supporting super structure and fixed in concrete at wall and spacing of purlins are to be arranged to use the standard size or sheet and spacing should not execeed 1680 mm and free over hang at eves should not be more than 400 mm, the cleats shall be wellded to the trusses firmly and fixed on the down stream side of purlins. The ridge purlins fixed at 77 to 115 mm away the apex of the roof. The trusses shall have welded joints only at all guessets plate junctions except gussets at bottom chords to have bolts and nuts to permit transportation of trusses as directed. The foundation anchor bolts of trusses will be fixed in concrete at wall in bed blocks and well cured, labour for erection of trusses of approved quality transportation, priming coat for all members, cutting, bending, and welding etc., The trusses should be connected at bottom 1 / 3 part by steel tie angles and with top and bottom wind bracings as per design given. The chord of the trusses of bottom channel should suitablely cambered. The truss and purlins should be given priming coat of Rex Oxide primer of approved quality including labour for erection, transportation, wellding etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and fixing by drilling holes and not by puching for Roofing with pre painted Galvalum sheet of 0.47mm thick of best approved quality with required size with curved shape and white ridge sheet with necessary bolts and nuts bitumen washers, including cutting the sheet to the required size found necessary during execution etc., Complete complying with standard specifications. [The sheet should be got approved by the Engineer incharge before use on works]

Supplying and fixing in position Stainless steel door frame as per I.S.4351/1976 of size 105x60mm with 35x12mm rebate on all sides with 1.60 mm thick (18 gauge) sheet frames special profile extruded section including bottom tie hold faste at appropriate places and provision to fix aldrops tower bolts hinges and lock strike plate etc.The door frame inner shall be packed with CC 1:2:4 using 12mm guage HBG stone jelly including fixing the door frames inposition and dimantling the masonry and concrete wherever necessary and redoing the same original condition after fixing including scaffolding charges and labour charges and door frame will be given one coat of Red Oxide primer etc. Complete complying with standard specification The rate shall inclusive of all materials, labour, transportation, loading, unloading, handling, charges etc. The sample of materials should be got approved by the Exe. Supplying and fixing Teakwood Entrance Door with a size 5.40m x 2.90m with four leaves as per the design approved by the departmental officers. The outer frames are, 1 horizontal and 4 verticals of size 150 x 100mm scantlings. Shutter frames are 100 x 50mm scantlings. The shutter shall have 2.40m hight with two panels having 1/3 at bottom and 2/3 at top. The panels shall be 40mm thick teakwood planks. The shutter shall have 4 leaves of equal size and openable. The top 2/3 shall be MS grill of approved pattern and bottom 1/3 shall be teakwood planks of 40mm thick and finished with approved pattern with skilled carpentar as directed by the departmental officers. The top portion shall be covered with plain glass of 8mm thick. The rate includes cost of best and approved quality of yeakwood, teakwood reeper of 50 x 25mm size, brass hinges, tower bolt, aldrop, locking arrangements, ornamental Handles, brass screws and labour charges for handlings, fixing charges, conveyance charges etc. The door frame and shutters shall be given two coats of best and approved quality of lac polishing etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supply & fixing of WPC door shutter, extruded as a single core board with rigid WPC compound with the thickness of 25mm (+/- 1mm) & minimum Bulk Density of 550 KG/Cub.Mt. & shore hardness of 55. The door shall be a plain matt board as decided by the Engineer in-Charge of the department. The WPC door shall be fixed onto the Aluminium “G” type channel with Wheel and the door shall have 2 Hooks in SS, 2 Handles 4” in SS (Sliding door) etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply & fixing of WPC door shutter, extruded as a single core board with rigid WPC compound with the thickness of 25mm (+/- 1mm) & minimum Bulk Density of 550 KG/Cub.Mt. & shore hardness of 55. The door shall be a plain matt board as decided by the Engineer in-Charge of the department. Providing and fixing structural glazing fabricated from roll formed sections made of galvanized steel colour coated (Base steel as per IS 513 of 'D' quality, galvanized as per IS 277 with zinc of 120 grams / sqm.) with total coated thickness of 0.72mm. The glass holding section made of 304 grade SS of 0.6mm thick. Galvanized steel sections are to be used as stiffeners inside the colour coated steel / powder coated sections as per the design requirement. Design calculations are made to suit wind pressures as given in IS 875. Paint Specifications: Primer coat with epoxy primer of 5-7 microns thick, finish painted with a polyester paint of 12-16 microns thick and back coated with alkyd backer of 5-7 microns or powder coated with pure polyester powder upto 50-60 microns thick.
