3-Line material such as 11 K.V. cross arms/11 KV Pin insulator/conductor/GI Wire/MS angle & MS channel/stay wire/stay rod, disc fitting etc.

Safe cartage of Transformer from central store Meerut to J.E. store of work including loading & unloading at both ends (maximum distance up to 50 km.) 1. 63 KVA to 100 KVA

Safe cartage of Transformer from J.E. store to site of work including loading & unloading at both ends (maximum distance up to 15 km.) 1.63 KVA to 100 KVA

Erection of Round Pole/P.C.C. Pole 8.5 Mtr. Long including fixing all accessories and fabrication as required after digging a pit of size 1.20X0.75X1.75 Mtrs. 1. PCC pole

2. Round Pole/ST Pole 11 Mtr.

Erection of D/P on PCC/Round Poles after digging of pits of size 1.20X0.75X1.75 Mtrs including fabrication of Structure as per RESPO norms.

Earthing of PCC support with MS Earth rod of 2.5 Mtr. Long including excavation of pit & driving of MS rod up to proper depth & connection the earth electrode with the help of GI wire.

Laying Lifting stringing and sagging of conductor complete in all respects as per RESPO norms. 1-Rabbit Conductor.

Mounting of 11/0.4 KV T/F on plinth & making connection of PVC Cable & Lead of HT/LT line. 1-63 KVA to 100 KVA

Providing & fixing of following clamps for PCC Pole/STP, made of MS flat of size 50X6mm complete in all respect. 1-LT Pin Clamps with nut & bolt.

2-Shackle Insulator with nut & bolt.

3-Double Pole Clamps with nut & bolt.

Providing & fixing of stay clamp for PCC Pole/STP made of MS flat of size 50X6 mm complete in all respect.

Providing & fixing of Stay insulator in stay wire as per site requirement.

Providing & Fixing of F-Clamp for PCC Pole/STP made of MS flat of size 50X6mm with nut & bolt.

Providing & fixing of cross arm holding clamp for PCC Pole/STP made MS flat of size 50X6mm with nut & bolt.

Making section T-off for 11 KV/LT Line.

Cutting & Chopping of tree branches.

Jumpering of 11 KV/LT Line at different places/T points.

Guarding of 11 KV Line as per norms.

Cartage of ABC Cable with junction Box & other store materials related with the work of ABC for each site/Transformer.

Laying Lifting of ABC Cable complete in all respect as per instruction of J.E./SDO.

Fixing of Junction Box & making connection & other related works.

Water level Earthing (Neutral/Body) by providing & fixing 30 mtrs 30 mm dia GI Pipe with MS Strip 40x6 mm. lowering the same after boring of earth by 4" dia upto 30 mtr depth/water level.

Fixing/Grouting of 11 KV Metering cubical at required place for releasing new connections.

Cartage of CT/PT unit combined from central store Meerut to J.E. Store & from J.E. Store to work site.

Installation of CT/PT Unit combined at D.P. near premises of Consumers.

Making Connections of I/C & O/G. side of CT/PT unit including the work of providing and fixing of plastic pipe, aluminium lugs, PVC cable etc. to complete the work.

Providing/Supply of cable jointing kit/cable box of required size for completion of work.

Fixing of cable Jointing/termination kit.

Laying of 11 KV XLPE Cable between D.P. and metering cubical/Control Pannel including the work of digging of cable trench for laying the cable and filling of earth after covering the cable by bricks & sand around it.

Fixing & Errection LT Distribution board & other related work as per site requirement.

Fixing of Electronic KWH Meter and making connection of incoming & outgoing side and filling of sealing certificate.

Laying/Erection of 3 phase LT PVC cable between LT Line/LT side of T/F. and premises of consumers (Load 5 KW to 50 KW).

Cartage of 11 KV XLPE Cable from central store Meerut to 33/11 KV S/S. (distance up to 50 KM approx.) including loading & unloading at both ends (Length cable upto 50 meter each or part their off).
