1.Strengthening of Karpadam Road 0/0 - 2/090 in Kuruvikulam Panchayat Union in Tenkasi District

Clearing and Grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201. (i) (A) - By Manual Means (In Area of Non - Thorny Jungle)

Picking the existing surface to 50mm to 100mm thick including labour and hire charges for picking tools and plants and all other incidental charges etc complete as per standard specifications.

Earth work excavation and depositing on bank with an intial of 10m and lift 2m in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth and earth mixed with small size boulders, hard gravelly soil etc., as per SS 20A including laying and spreading in layer etc.complete.

Providing laying and compacting red gravel in accordance with requirements of the specification materials shall be in one or more layers as necessary including watering, consolidating by the power roller rolling and all labour charges for soiling including hire charges for consolidation etc. complete.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406 (WMM).

Providing and applying Prime Coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502. (i) Low Porosity

Providing and applying Tack Coat with Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared Granular surface treated with Primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 (ii).

BC 25/30/40mm Thick (Grade-II) Using VG30 Bitumen and Plastic Waste Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete to 30/40mm thick using 0.13 cum of 19.00- 9.50mm, 0.17 cum of 9.50-2.36mm and 0.26 cum of 2.36 and below with 47.28kgs of VG30 bitumen and 3.02Kgs of Waste Plastic for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonne Vibratory to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher, Vibratory roller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing arid erecting Single sided Double Guard Metal Beam Crash Barrier System 1.7Om high, comprising of 3mm thick wall "W" beams posts and spacer channels shall be made by cold roll forming using HR conform to IS 5986 Fe 410/ 360 and dip galvanized having Zinc Mass of 550gms / sqm, minimum 95Omm above road/ ground level fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post l50x75x5mm spaced 2m center to center 312mm x 83mm flange width x 3mm thick, 4318mm long post directly embedded in the concrete (M15) pit size 350x350x800rnm for a depth of 750mm below ground. Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm HBG metal for foundation including watering , centering and shuttering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick., compacting etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

Cement concrete 1 : 3 : 6 mix using 40mm HBG metal for foundation including watering, centering and shuttering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick., compacting etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed . For Footings as 4% Rate for Centering Works

Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as column footings, column pedestals, plinth beams, grade beams, staircase steps, etc. which require only nominal strutting using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding, laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 75cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc. complete in all floors complying with standard specifcation.
