Taking up old unserviceable existing CI/GI pipe 200 mm dia including all fittings etc from trenches all as specified and directed.

Taking out /down old unserviceable existing CI/GI pipe 150 mm dia including all fittings etc from trenches complete all as specified and directed

Taking out /down old unserviceable existing CI/GI pipe up to100 mm dia including all fittings etc from trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out /down old unserviceable existing CI/GI pipe up to 80 mm dia including all fittings etc from trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out /down old unserviceable existing CI/GI pipe 300 mm dia including all fittings etc from trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n.exc 1.5m wide and n. exc 1.5m depth for laying pipe line, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning & filling including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance n. exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 above the starting point complete all as specified.

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing DI pipe "K-9" ISI marked 300mm dia. Socket and spigot push fit tighten joints in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing DI pipe "K-9" ISI marked 200mm dia. Socket and spigot push fit tighten joints in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing DI pipe "K-9" ISI marked150mm dia. Socket and spigot push fit tighten joints in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting existing CI/DI pipe up to150mm bore and reducing to required length and making connection with new pipe line complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cutting existing CI/DI pipe of 200mm bore and reducing to required length and making connection with new pipe line complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing cast iron body sluice valve 300mm dia having gun metal spindle complete with opening wheel, both ends flanged &drilled including all necessary fittings like rubber flange joints with nuts, bolts, washers on both side of the sluice valve etc PN-1.0 (ISI Marked) including taking out old unserviceable sluice valve of any type complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing cast iron body sluice valve 200mm dia having gun metal spindle complete with opening wheel, both ends flanged &drilled including all necessary fittings like rubber flange joints with nuts, bolts, washers on both side of the sluice valve etc PN-1.0 (ISI Marked) including taking out old unserviceable sluice valve of any type complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing cast iron body sluice valve 150mm dia having gun metal spindle complete with opening wheel, both ends flanged &drilled including all necessary fittings like rubber flange joints with nuts, bolts, washers on both side of the sluice valve etc PN-1.0 (ISI Marked) including taking out old unserviceable sluice valve of any type complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for DI fittings for spigot and socketed pipes (any type radius, angle, tappers, tees, reducer , collar of any size of CI pipes of pipe connection of size up to 300 mm dia spigot and socketed pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Construction of brick masonry valve pit (type ‘C’) of size 60cm x 60cmx60 cm (internal dimension of chamber) , depth of chamber to be reckoned from the top of PCC in foundation to top of MS cover with and including MS sheet cover fabricated from 3 mm thick MS sheet and frame of angle iron 40 x 40 x 6 mm with fixing arrangement, hinges and locking arrangement and painting two coat of synethetic enmel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on MS cover and frame , including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil , returning , fiilling in approved soil disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 m, 150 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation , brick work in cement mortor (1:6) , 15 mm thick plastering in cement mortor (1:4) (both internally and externally), 100 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate asin flooring complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Cast iron AIR Valves with single air outlets,confirming to IS 14845 of size 150 mm dia bore and fixing up in CI/GI/DI Water supply mains of size 150 mm dia as directed by GE.
