Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, chajjas, facias, fins and similar works complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2;4 B0 (using of 12.5 mm graded Stone Aggregate) Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, blaconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and chajjas complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200 mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 10 mm dia and over TMT bar cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hoping for columns hooking ends binding with MS wire n.exc 0.9mm or with securing clips etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 6 to 8 mm dia TMT bar cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hoping for columns hooking ends binding with MS wire n.exc 0.9mm or with securing clips etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint on walls over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only integral water proofing liquid ( ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F Plates (plain or chequered) channels, Fe 410-W(Gde?E- 250) square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 22.5cm and n exc 30cm long dia 16 to 20 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of GI barbed wire fencing, any type complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S& F galvanised, 2 strands, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to standard rails straining bolts including screwing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as item No 18 above but in repairs for Restraining & resecuring including making good staples for galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of old steel surface of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
