Dismantling existing tanks of any description exc. 250 ltrs and not exc. 500 ltrs capacity and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of the tiles over and incl 20mm screed bed in 1:6 complete all as directed.

M&L 40 mm thick P.C.C 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in Sub-floor, sub base etc. finishing the surfaces of concrete ( without using extra cement) even and rough to receive the topping layer complete all as directed.

Supply and fix cermic glazed coloured tiles 300x200x7 mm thick on walls set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles incl. and over 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:3) complete all as directed.

Supply and fix vitrified tiles (light shade) of 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqmas in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3 kg per Sqm and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of the tiles over and incl. 20mm screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as directed.

Supply and fix vitrified tiles (light shade) of 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm as in skirting set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of the tiles over and incl. 10mm rendering in CM (1:3) complete all as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles (coloured) 350mm x 250mm x 7mm/ 450mm x 350mm x 7mm thick on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick rendering (as screed bed) in cement & sand mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 18- 20 mm thick granite slab cut bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pavement to match the shade of granite stone incl grinding and polishing over and including 20mm screed bed in CM (1:6) completed all as directed.

S&F in repair 15mm dia fancy type chromium plated basin mixer foam flow screwed for iron pipe incl taking down old all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair 15mm bore chromium plated two way bib cock with flange, fancy type complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster with in cement sand mortar (1:4) mixed with WPC as per manufacturer instructions on other than fair faces of brick surface, finished even and fair without using extra cement over and including cement slurry @ 3 Kg per Sqm on existing roof surface complete all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC will be measured and paid for separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound as per latest IS specification complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation and cleaned to plastered/ concrete surfaces of roof and applying the under mentioned course of roof treatment as given below :- (a) Applying evenly compactible primer @ 0.4 litre per Sq.m over concrete/plastered roof surface (b) Laying of 3mm thick membrane sheet of weight not less than 3.6 kg/Sq.m with minimum longitudinal end over laps of 100mm and horizontal side laps of 75mm and joints finally thermo-fused with help of LPG flames. Membrane sheet laid over primer specified here-in before. (c) Rest all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at site.

Dismantiling of wall and ceiling boards (fiber, pulp, insulstion, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for 4mm thick non asbestos fibre cement building designed boards, fixed or laid/ inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium framework with screws and fixed in celing flat or slope complete all as specified and as directed.
