Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with filling sand in layers of not more than 15cm.thick well rammed watered and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Plain cement concrete in cement mortar 1:4:8 mix (one cement four sand eight agregate) using 40mm size HBG metal including all cost of materials and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification.

Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 325Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand), but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers -

Supplying and fabricating MS or RTS Rod including cost of steel & binding wire and all labour charges for cutting bending cranking and iron grills in position etc, complete as per Standard Specifications.

Centering for side and soffits of all cement concrete surface using country wood shutters for plain surface and casuring post for strutting etc., complete as per std specification for retaining wall sides. Centering

Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:5 using country bricks of size 83/4x41/4x23/4 including cost of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing providing and proper curring etc., Complete as per Standard Specification.

Plastering 1:5 mix to 12mm thick including cost of all materials to site and all other labour charges for mixing laying and proper curring etc., complete as per S.S Rate for 10sqm

Special Ceiling Plastering 1:3 mix 10mm thick including cost of all materials to site and all other labour charges for mixing, laying and proper curring etc., Complete as per Standard Specification.

Supply and fixing of M.S Grills with Doors and Windows with one coat of Red oxide with Primer including all costs such as welding,grinding and fabrication charges, cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc,complete as per standard specification.

Painting two coats for Interior surface with approved Interior Plastic Emulsion paint approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, etc complete and including necessary plaster of paris, putty, wherever required etc, complete as per standard specification.

White washing Two coats with Shell lime good quality of Colour plgments including cost of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, applying and proper curring etc., Complete as per Standard Specification.

Supply and fixing of solid PVC door shutters using 19 gauge 19mm MS sq. tubes for styles and outer frames, 15mm MS sq. tybes per top, cock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be accured with 5mm tk solid PVC sheets shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC sheets for panelling shall ragid by fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. Supplying and Fixing in position of white glazed Indian Oriyan type water closet of size 580x440mm with S or P trap and a pair of foot rest to shape set in brick jelly cement concrete 1:4:8mix, 100mm tk using 20mm ISS gauge brick jelly and finished to slope without any leakage and defects etc., excluding cost of water closet S or P trap and foot rest complete

Supply and fixing in position of best Indian make white / colour glazed earthenware lipped mouth flat back urinal of best quality and approved make of size 430mm x 260mm x 350mm with GI pipe, 32mm dia bell mouth PVC connection and waste pipe, 15mm dia GI pipe of required length, 15mm dia GM wheel valve, 15mm dia brass nipple 2 Nos., and fixing the urinals in position with necessary TW plugs, clamps, screws, etc., including dismantling masonry and re-doing the same to the original condition, etc., including painting the pipe with two coats of best quality approved synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer and checked without any leakage etc. complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. (The urinal should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Providing Dadooing with Glazed tiles of best approved quality in cement mortar 1:2mix using 20mm thick and pointing with same coloured cement including cost of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, Paving and pointing and proper curring etc., Complete as per S.S

Wiring with 2x1.5 sqmm PVC unsheathed SC Copper cable of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with suitable TW switch box and 5A 3 pin non interlocking Flush type cs plug in flush with wall, covered with hylum sheet of 3mm thick with painting of suitable colour, for open PVC light point.(SD 20)

Supply and fixing of single box type 4’40 W flu. fitting complete with copper choke and condenser with TW round blocks on wall or ceiling with flu. tube with PVC unsheathed leads from terminals to the fitting(TWAD SR)

Supply and fixing of W.T. Bulk head fitting suitable for in condenser lamp with grad with 100 W Blub etc .complete (TWAD SR)

Paving the floor with white (or) colour ceramic tiles of size 305mm x 35mm x 6mm with cement mortar 1:3 mix 20mm thick and pointing with the same colour and finishing perfectly.

Drilling of Bore wells any where in Nagapattinam Dist.. Including transportation from one place to another place to with in the above district in alluvial soil or sedimentary strata of clay and sand stone shale’s pebbles boulders etc. by first taking a pilot of 150mm and enlarging to required dia by direct or reverse rotary mud circulation rig fuel labour drilling with bentonite mud and water required for drilling at the site shown by the departmental officer’s including construction of mud water pit available with in lead of 1.5m only calyx drills are to be used for drilling of 150mm dia pilot bore up to 60m depth ending below GL.
