Lead towards carriage of serviceable/ unserviceable/ surplus earth/ excavated rock/ building rubbish/ malba/ debris/ dismantled or waste material as mentioned below, including spreading and levelling in layers of thickness of not more than 300mm thick and compacting etc., as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge. Note: i. The serviceable/ unserviceable/ surplus earth/ excavated rock/ building rubbish/ malba/ debris/ dismantled or waste material shall be dumped in the designated area including making necessary temporary approach road if needed within CDAC premises. ii. Lead shall be measured per cum per km distance. iii. All distances shall be measured over the shortest practical route and not necessarily the route actually taken. Route other than shortest practical route may be considered in cases of unavoidable circumstances and as approved by Engineer-in-Charge along with reasons in writing. iv. Plastering to Internal Walls
Providing 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 Msand) smooth finish as per architectural shapes marked in the drawings, at all depths and heights in one layer on internal faces of walls, pillars, projection, bands, cornices etc., including necessary dabbing, curing, scaffolding, providing GI plaster mesh at junctions of columns, beams etc., complete with all bye works as per drawings & specification and the direction of Engineer in-charge. Note: The payment for GI plaster mesh will be considered under relevant item.
Plastering to External Walls
Providing 18 mm thick external sponge finish cement plaster 1:5 (1 cement : 5 Msand) as per architectural shapes marked in the drawings, at heights as mentioned below, in two coats of 12 mm & 6 mm. Second coat of 6 mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 Msand) with approved water proofing compound shall be finished with sand faced plastering on faces of walls, pillars, projection, bands, cornices, fins, sills, etc., including raking out joints, if any left out, necessary dabbing, curing, scaffolding, providing GI plaster mesh at junctions of columns, beams, etc.complete with all bye works as per drawings & specification and the direction of Engineer in-charge. Note: The payment for water proofing compound and GI plaster mesh will be considered under relevant item.

Note: The payment for GI plaster mesh will be considered under relevant item.
Extra for providing and mixing water proofing compound/ admixture in cement plaster work/ concrete, etc. in proportion recommended by the manufacturers and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Cement plastering in sumps/ drains and similar locations at all depths and heights with cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement: 3 Msand) with water proofing compound mixed as per manufacturer's instruction, a floating coat of neat cement including benching, haunching, providing proper slopes, all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing suitable GI plaster mesh manufactured out of hot dipped galvanised iron of nominal thickness 0.35mm with a zinc coating of 120 gms per sqm width, along route of walls chipped for services, junctions of masonry / concrete works for 200mm width, including tying in position with suitable nails / screws, cost of material, labour for fixing, etc. ,complete as per manufacturer's specifications and direction of the Engineer In-charge.

In cement mortar

Roof Treatment
Surface preparation: Grinding the existing surface to remove the loose particles and make the substrate ready to receive the waterproofing.
Crack treatment:(upto 2mm) All cracks on the surface are to be cleaned, cut opening groove and sealing with elastomeric polyurethane sealant BOSTIK Smart flex or approved equivalent followed by applying two coats of 150mm wide polyurethane strip coating with high elastomeric single component polyurethane coating and sandwiching 45GSM fibre mesh between the 2 coats.
Rain water outlets packing: Checking the soundness of the existing treatment around the outlets and removing any loose mortar if any. Followed by filling the gaps with high strength non-shrink cementitous grout BOSTIK Flowfill GP 10M or approved equivalent and sealing around the pipe outlets using single component highly elastomeric Bostik Smart flex PU Sealant or approved equivalent.
Treatment for Pedestals/upstands & Vertical wall: Chipping out the loose plaster at the Pedastals, vertical walls followed by grinding and the same shall be packed using polymer modified mortar CM 1:4 (1 cement : 4 Course Sand) admixed with BOSTIK SBR @ 2.5 liters per bag of cement or approved equivalent matching the existing profile and also making angle fillets at the junctions.
Waterproofing Treatment: Supply & application of two coats of One component, High solids, High Elongation Polyurethane Waterproofing Membrane of BOSTIK Ultraseal PU or approved equivalent on a well-prepared surface. The coating shall be done over a well primed surface using BOSTIK Ultraseal PU Primer. The PU coating shall exebit the following technical characteristics 1. Elongation at break >1000% (ASTM D412) 2.Tensile Strength >5 N/mm2 (ASTM D412) 3. Pullout Adhesion >1.5 N/mm2 (ASTM D7234) 4. Water Permiability Nil (7 bar s) 5. Shore A Hardness 55±5 (ASTM D2240) 6.Tear Strength >20 N/mm (ASTM D624 The system includes base preparation of cleaning, brushing and removal of flacky materials, proper coving between grade slab and wall junctions and priming the surface with PU primer applied with a total consumption of 200 gms/Sqm, followed by application of polyurethane coating in one or two coats.
UV-resistant topcoat on top of the waterproofing system: On top of the hybrid polyurea coating, supplying and appyling two component ultra high performance polyaspartic polyurea protective top sealer Dr.Fixit Superseal TC 1000 Ultra or approved equivalent, having tensile strength more than 14 N/mm2 (As per ASTM D412), Elongation at break more than 250% (As per ASTM D412), Tear strength of 15 KN/m (As per ASTM D624), Abrasion resistance of 20 mg loss (CS 17 Wheels, 1 kg, 1000 cycles As per ASTM D 4060), having excellent adhesion bond strength >2MPa (as per ASTM D 4541) and applied with a total consumption of 250g/sqm using a brush/roller as a seamless coating to form a very tough yet flexible film with superior UV and chemical resistance.
Toilet Treatment
The application of BLOCK C750 BOSCOLASTIC (BOSTIK) or approved equivalent, shall be done in a minimum of two coats, the 1st coat in one direction and 2nd coat in a direction perpendicular to the 1st coat. Leave the 1st coat to set between 1 to 2 hours before applying the 2nd coat. If the 1st coat is left overnight, the surface shall be dampened before subsequent applications. The final coat must be sprinkled with sand at a consumption of 1kg/sqm to create the mechanical anchor for the subsequent layer like screed on floor and protection plaster on vertical areas. The 35kg of BLOCK C750 BOSCOLASTIC pack shall cover 20-25sqm area in two coats. The membrane should be sprinkle cured for 7 days. The cured membrane shall have properties such as; Adhesion to Concrete of >1MPa as per ASTM D4541, Tensile Strength of >1MPa as per ASTM 2370, Elongation of >150% as per ASTM D2370, Water Permeability as per EN12390 Past 8 shall not be there @5bar.

Bore Packing: All the borehole gaps between concrete surface and pvc pipe of various dia upto the neck level shall be filled with non-shrink free flow grout - SmartCare GP Grout or approved equivalent having dual shrinkage compensation property. Before the bore packing, surface of the pvc pipe and concrete surface will be made rough and sand will be sprinkled with SmartCare EPoxy Bonding agent so as to enhance the bond between PVC and concrete. Provide PU Sealant all around pipe.
Finishing Works
Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre, of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour all complete to achieve even shade and colour :
a) New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre
Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour.

Providing & Applying high quality acrylic modified resin based texture of Dholpur/Red sand stone Pattern with anti algae and UV resistance properties to be applied as intermediate finish in desired pattern @ 43.04 kg/10 sqm to form film of 1- 1.5 mm thickness after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles from the plaster surface, followed by top coating with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade by two or more coats @ 1.43 litre/10 sqm, complete as the direction of Engineer -in-Charge.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.
Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content.
I) With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre
Providing and applying a solvent-based, clear acrylic protective topcoat on natural stone, tile, or similar wall cladding surfaces. The coating shall be resistant to water, alkali, and stains, and suitable for exterior applications. The material shall be applied as per manufacturer’s specifications, using brush, roller, or spray method to ensure uniform coverage and finish. The coating shall be available in matt or glossy finish, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing plaster drip course/groove in plastered surface or moulding to R.C.C. projections such as chajjas, balconies, lintels, facias, etc., including necessary scaffolding, trimming and finishing complete. The size and profile shall be as per drawing or as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Flooring Items
Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only. Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily.
a) Glazed Vitrified tiles Matt/Antiskid finish of size

Providing and applying two coats of High Albedo paint having minimum Solar Reflective Index (SRI) 108 (with solar reflectance & thermal emittance tested as per ASTMC 1549 and ASTMC 1371 respectively), VOC less than 10 ccfgm. The coating thickness and the methodology of application shall be strctly as per manufacturer's specifications and as approved by Engineer-in-Charge. Surface preparation includes cleaning with metal wire brush to remove all dust, fungus etc., washing with water all complete. The contractor shall give guarantee for the perfomance of SRI and also the durability of coating, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, installation, Testing and Commisioning of active fire barrier automatic drop down fire curtains, as per Indian Standards – NBC 2016, European standards – BS EN 1634-1. Performance requirements – min 120 minutes integrity, radiation min 90 minutes <20kW/m2 for single barrel and radiation min 120 minutes <20kW/m2 for Multiple barrel. Active fire curtain barrier assemblies shall comprise of a fire resistant fabric which is wound on to a steel roller, which is powered by an internal electric DC motor, enclosed within a galvanized mild steel box 200*200/400mm, including a conjoined bottom bar for entire length to suit the deflection performance requirements of the project and the desired ceiling configuration in fitted to the bottom edge of the fabric curtain. 1. Providing and supplying aluminium extruded tubular and other aluminium sections as per the architectural drawings and approved shop drawings , the aluminium quality as per grade 6063 T5 or T6 as per BS 1474,including super durable powder coating of 60-80 microns conforming to AAMA 2604 of required colour and shade as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. ( The item includes cost of material such as cleats, sleeves, screws etc. necessary for fabrication of extruded aluminium frame work. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account). The weight of aluminium extruded section shall be taken for purpose of payment.
Providing, assembling and supplying vision glass panels (IGUs) comprising of hermetically-sealed 6-12- 6 mm insulated glass (double glazed) vision panel units of size and shape as required and specified, comprising of an outer heat strengthened float glass 6 mm thick, of approved colour and shade with reflective soft coating on surface # 2 of approved colour and shade, an inner Heat strengthned clear float glass 6 mm thick, spacer tube 12 mm wide, dessicants, including primary seal and secondary seal (structural silicone sealant) etc. all complete for the required performances, as per the Architectural drawings, as per the approved shop drawings, as specified and as directed by the Engineerin- Charge. For payment, only the actual area of glass on face # 1 of the glass panels (excluding the areas of the grooves and weather silicone sealant) provided and fixed in position, shall be measured in sqm.
(i) Coloured tinted float glass 6 mm thick substrate with reflective soft coating on face # 2, + 12 mm Airgap + 6 mm Heat Strengthened clear Glass of approved make having properties as visible Light transmittance (VLT) of 25 to 35 %, Light reflection internal 10 to 15%, light reflection external 10 to 20 %, shading coefficient (0.25- 0.28) and U value of 3.0 to 3.3 W/m2 degree K etc. The properties of performance glass shall be decided by technical sanctioning authority as per the site requirement.
