Repairing of back guide roller by detaching it from gate opening side, side cover plate of both side, welding, turning, facing and polishing of cover plates and roller shaft as required, then making groove as on cover plate for water seal, making connecting stud, holes, assembling with bearing no. 6315 as per sample, water seal, gas kit, rubber packing, greasing, fitting complete with cost of material, labour, T&P etc with changing new bearing 6315 as per sample.
Replacement of damaged C. S. roller by detaching roller assembly from gate. Providing and fixing new C. S. roller (IS 1030-1991-Grade 340-570N) by casting, machining, grinding & bearing no. 6315 as per sample including all cost of material, labour, T&P etc as per drawing.
Epoxy Painting on rusted steel surface of gates and appurtences after preparation of surface properly by sand blasting process and applying 2 coats of zinc rich primer and 2 coats of solvent less epoxy paint including cost of all material, labour, T&P and scaffolding etc required for proper completion of work in Gate No 1, 2 and 3.
Errection charges for all mechanical and electrical equipment like radicon unit (gear reduction unit), floating shaft, plummer block system, hand drive unit, brake system, Electric motor, Rope drum with rope, T.P. Switch, starter etc including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc as per drawing.
Fabricating and decking on superstructure of MGB, Bijnor second stage canal regulator by m. s. chequered plate 6 mm thick after cutting old and damaged plate and measuring, marking, cutting by gas, making holes if required in chequered plate to the size as per requirement to site, painting shifting of chequered plate from ground to super structure plateform and welding by diesel generating set, including cost of gas electrodes and other required materials, labour and T&P required for proper completion of work.
