Excavation in foundation trenches upto all depths in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil including bailing or pumping out water, blasting soft / hard rock or chieselling soft/ hard rock where blasting is prohibited, in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, levelling of beds to correct grade including, shoring, strutting, planking, timbering and dewatering, wherever required, stacking the useable and unuseable material/ soil separately and after laying, jointing and testing of pipes returing the useable soil in trenches in 15 cm ( Fifteen centimeter ) layers including consolidating of such deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil /un-useable materials as directed within all leads and lifts including restoration of un-metalled surface to its original condition and including cost of diversion for traffic, night signals, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respect within all leads and lifts complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Laying , jointing & testing in trenches of galvanised mald steel tube of following dia and grade confirming to IS 1239-2004 ( with latest amendments upto date) as per classification of pipes as specified below. The laying of piupe shall confirm to BIS 5822(with latest amendments upto date ) all kind of special such as bends of all degree to made from parents tube, short pieces,tail pieces all made from parent tube within all leads and lifts. (Earth work in trenches to be measured and paid seperately)

GMS pipe 80 mm dia (medium class)

Providing & welding of MS flanges confirming to table as specified below as per IS- 6392-1971 (latest with upto ammendment ) welding of MS flanges with plain ended GMS pipe on both end ( The cost of GMS pipe to be measured & paid for seperately) according to relevent BIS standard The welding of flanges with pipes as per IS: 816-1965 with electrode as per IS: 814-1967 including required Nos. and size of M.S nuts and bolts as per IS: 1369-1967 and compressed asbestos fibre jointing geskets sheet not less than 3 mm thick as per IS; 2712-1965. The welding of flanges to be done on both faces in three layers(two inner & one outer) to make the joints leak proof and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer - in -charge.

Providing circumferencial butt welded joints by electrical arc welding to following dia & class pipes,welding of pipes to be done in three layers to make the joints leak proof and to achieve the minimum effective throat thickness of weld conforming to IS- 816-1969 specifications, by using welding electrodes of 2.5 mm to 6.3 mm of Advani oerlikon (Adore)-CITOJET/ESAB make, conforming to IS 814-1991, at site of work complete in all respects and including DPT test for joints & manual/mechnical handing of pipes in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of Engineer- in- charge..
