Well Sinking At Intake Gl 242 M - Depth Upto Rock -12.5 M Depth Providing and fabricating at work shop, carting to site of work, including transport, loading, unloading, hoisting, lowering and setting out at actual site of well, sinking M.S. plate cutting edge for R.C.C. well curb consisting of 350 mm M.S. plate, 10 mm thick, champhering at bottom. Cutting edge should be provided in pieces not less than 2 M in length. Each joint should be plain from outside and jointed by gusset plate 400 x 200 x 12 mm thick M.S. plate with 12 nos. of 20 mm dia. crushank headed bolts (gusset plates from inside) with unequal angle of 90 x 60 x 10 mm should be welded from top of chamfered portion at 14 mm from bottom so that 15 mm side should be in contact with cutting edge with overlap of 300 mm joints. 16 mm dia bar should be welded to M.S. plate 200 mm below the top surface and length should be 1.8 M above plate with a bend 300 mm from plate surface including 3 coats of anti-corrosive paint as directed by Engineer- in-charge

Dewatering charges for estimation purpose for head works in river basin or dam : Jack Well of 6 M dia.

Excavation in general in soft material comprising of soft soil, soft murum, sand, hard murum with boulders in wet or dry condition for Head Works and allied works by well sinking process for average depth of 12 M and lead of 150 M including shoring, barricading, guarding, refilling, disposing off surplus excavated stuff as directed by Engineer-in-charge, etc. complete.

Excavation in general in hard material comprising of soft rock, hard rock, Manjara rock, etc. by blasting / controlled blasting, chiselling as required in wet or dry condition for Head Works i.e. Intake Well, Connecting Pipe, Jack Well, Pump House, Supply Well, etc. for lift 0 to 1.5 M and lead of 150 M including barricading, guarding, disposing off surplus excavated stuff within a radius of 0.5 km. as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Water proofing for old and new Roof Slab :- Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roof slab by applying two componenet, factory designed, ready to use , acraylic modified flexible material applied with brush, roller or spray for water proofing coating as per manufacturer specificatios with following steps :- a) Surface preparation :- providing and cleaning of concrete surface to remove dust, oil, greases including removal of existing loose paint / coating and cement laitance by cleaning with compressed air and water jet including all materials, labours, tools complete. Ponding test to be done after plugging all outlets and to be checked from soffits to identify seepage leakage. Carrying out operation & maintenance of works for a period of 5 years including sludge analysis and disposal and cost of all supervisory staff, materials, equipments, consumables, establishment, maintenance & repairs, chemicals inclusive of (Comprehensive Operation & Maintenance With manpower to operate the pumping stations (24 x 7)- 2 operators in 12 hour shift per day +data transmission cost + maintenance of field instrumentation +Control & automation at all locations) etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge & as per detailed specifications. The Bid will be rejected if the bidder have not quoted O&M cost in the following rows. Price bid will be evaluated based on methodology given in the clause 28.2 of section 2 ITB of bid document.
