Afforestation for Accelerator Technology Complex (ATC) in Un-Occupied Technical area at RRCAT, Indore.

Digging of pits/ beds in soil/murum upto a depth not exceeding 1.50m for plantations as located at site including removal of infertile soil, filling it with good earth, mixing it with FYM as per requirement, watering the same in order to settle soil and remove the air pockets and complete as per specifications and as directed by EIC. (Good Earth/FYM to be provided by the Dept free of cost)

Transportation of soil/murrum by truck/trolley at all leads within RRCAT campus including the cost of excavation, loading, unloading at site and complete as per the specifications and as directed by EIC.(Soil/murrum measured will be reduced by 20% for payment)

Providing of well rotten farm yard manure(FYM) made of cattle/buffalo dung , free from soil clods, fresh dung, unwanted garbage, grass including the cost of loading, transportation ,unloading,screening and stacking at site and complete as per specifications and as directed by EIC. (FYM measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payments)

Providing of Plants in polybag of size 7"X8" amongst listed species (i.e. Bhirra, Aonla,Teak,Shami, Ficus cupulata, Pipal,Garud Vriksha, Meda vriksha & other as per listed in specifications)including the cost of loading,transportation,unloading etc. at RRCAT site,at desired interval during the entire duration of contract and complete as per specifications and as directed by EIC.

Planting of tree/Plant species in pre-located pits by making proper place to plant the Tree/Plant saplings firmly by following cultural practices with in RRCAT campus and complete as per specifications and as directed by EIC. (Plant material i.e. Tree/plant species to be provided by the Dept free of cost)

Excavation in Trenches,for pipes and sewers in all soils except soft & hard rock by Mechanical means(Hydraulic excavator) or Manual means upto depth not exceeding 1.50m including shoring and dewatering if necessary and refilling in trenches with selected excavated materials in layers not exceeding 25cm,consolidating etc. and disposing the surplus earth within a distance of 50m complete.

Providing,laying,fixing and testing 110mm OD HDPE pipes of PE100 of Reliance/Supreme/Astral or approved brands for water supply as per IS 4984:1995 ensuring thermal stability for hot & cold water supply,acids etc. including all HDPE fittings including jointing with Butt welding including testing the pipes at a pressure of 6Kg per sq cm etc. complete as per drawing,specifications and as directed by the Engineer In Charge.(Note:(1) The measurement shall be taken along the centre line of the pipes including fittings,specials etc. (2)Excavation etc. shall be paid under relevent item)
