M& L for comprehensive periodic maintenance, repair & servicing of central Air conditioning plant Make : Voltas of capacity 200 TR (3x100TR) Model : EGWFXR1001MLB2 and connected ventilation system existing at 39 FAD Bharatpur as per manufacturer’s instructions by authorised dealer of company for 3 Nos of chilling machine of screw type compressor 200 TR , 3x(2x100)TR , each single stage, 3000 RPM,415 Volts, 3 Phase,50 Hz, semi-hermetic electric motor of capacity 67 KW, shell and tube type condenser with carbon steel plate, copper tube, externally and internally to pass water flow 1400 USG/PM with carbon plate shell and tube flooded type chiller unit, including descaling of machine and connected water pipeline using suitable chemical for descaling of shell and tube type evaporator along with valve arrangement for the descaling work , greasing , lubrication of moving parts and finding out leakage in the system, leakage repair including brazing, Nitrogen Testing and recommissioning of 100 TR air cooled Screw Chiller as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Spare parts shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item. (ii) Cost of Labour of connecting item Nos 1.01 to 1.08 are shall deemed to be included in quoted rate of this item.

Supply only lube oil of screw compressor, flushing all as per specification of OEM standard of make SOLSET-120 including testing complete to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only Drier Core of Danfoss as per existing make and model etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Filter Drier of Danfoss as per existing make and model etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only charging of Refrigerant R-134A in the system to its rating capacity to the extent to full fill required temperature conditions and service leak testing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only temperature sensors in the incoming/outgoing water pipeline of the chiller unit as per existing make and model etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only pressure transducers on the chiller unit all as per existing site and specifications etc complete all as specified and directed. Make: MCS Control or equivalent in Danfoss

Supply only Electronic Expansion Valve (EXV) of Make : Danfoss along with driver module (DSIO) compatible with the EXV, digital type along with connected accessories on the control panel board of Make: MCS Control or equivalent in Danfoss

Supply only HRC Fuse in chiller unit panel of capacity 160 Amps complete all as specified and as per directions of Engineer in charge. Make : L&T or equivalent in C&S/CG/Siemens

Dismantling and Taking out defective monoblock pump of pipe size (80mm x 65mm) and head 18 to 40m and discharge upto 550 LPM of Make: Kirloskar from foundation and shifting it to workshop for repair / replacement of Impellers, bearings , seals etc complete. Refitting on foundation after repair testing and commissioning complete to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.

M&L for rewinding of unserviceable motor of capacity 7.5 HP, of hot water generator and make as per existing make and model including disconnecting unserviceable burn out winding completely, insulating materials and rewinding of the complete stator with super enamelled copper wire of existing size applying proper insulation ‘F’ class varnish drying in oven, assembling, testing and commissioning complete to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for complete overhauling to Hot water generator of 200KW, output by unscrewing and draining out water to detect leakages, welding wherever necessary, removing burnt heater by unscrewing nuts and bolts, cleaning, removing slit etc from bottom level of tank, scrapping out rust/algae including putting insulation sleeves to bare conductors and re-assembling all the dismantled components and testing complete to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only spares for Hot Water Generator of Make Rapid Cool, capacity 200 KW, Vertical Type with 04 No of Steps and 08 No of heaters etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for complete overhauling to FRP based Cooling Tower of Capacity 100 TR by dismantling PVC Honeycomb Fills, Coupling cooling Fan, sprinklers, draining out of water, removing Algae, slit, cleaning complete cooling tower body by removing scale, dust, dirt, cleaning existing external surface and servicing of mechanical components and welding to cross members and frame bracing components including repair/replacement of Bottom Tray (FRP Plate) of cooling tower, including replacement of gear box bearings, Gear Oil, mechanical coupling and overhauling of the complete transmission system of cooling tower and re-assembling all the dismantled components to its original position, testing complete to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Spare parts shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item. (ii) Cost of Labour of connecting item Nos 7.01 to 7.02 are shall deemed to be included in quoted rate of this item.

Supply only PVC Honeycomb fills of suitable sizes as per existing make and model etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply Only Cooling Tower sprinkler system alongwith PVC connection pipes for cooling tower of capacity 100 TR, as per existing make and model etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete overhauling to AHU of Capacity 8000CFM (08 Nos) on quarterly basis complete with various accessories i.e. blower with casing, Chiller water coil, Hot water coil, filter & Filter frame, drive motor, humidification kit, motorised control valves, control panel including descaling of chilled/hot water coils, Greasing, Lubricating of moving parts and Repair/Replacement of bush, thrust plate, gland packing, driver pully, driver shaft and re-assembling all the dismantled components to its original position, testing complete to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only AHU Pre Filter of Box Type, Efficiency 90% down to 10 Microns and EU-4, Size 610mm x 610mm x 50mm Depth and CFM - 8000 etc complete all as specified and directed. Make of Thermadyne or equivalent in Camfil/ Puromatic/Primide/Dyna

M&L for Monthly preventive for maintenance of Water softening plant of Capacity 50 cubic metres/day comprising of the water softener, Non chemical type scale preventor of 150mm dia, for designed hardness 600PPM, product hardness <5 PPM Make of Indian Ion exchange complete alongwith periodic replacement of filters and softeners and resin chemicals. Note:- (i) Spare parts shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item. (ii) Cost of Labour of connecting item Nos 22.01 to 22.02 are shall deemed to be included in quoted rate of this item.

Supply only Whirling Hygrometer Dimple (Sling Psychrometer) as per existing make and model or equivalent etc. complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for replacement of damaged insulation of chilled/hot water pipeline of size up to 250mm with thermocol block(40mmthick) and aluminium cladding of 1mm thick etc. complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for cleaning of grass/bushes on monthly basis over an area of 100 Sqm through manually in AC Plant installation complex and disposal of the same away from the boundary of installations etc. complete all as specified & as directed.

Taking down old rusted sign board of any size and type Supply and fixing sign board in stainless steel (both side written) fully retroreflective sign board made of 18 gauge SS sheet framed with 40mm dia SS pipe having both side entirely bonded with HIP grade tape in base and matter. Matter as approved design with two posts of 50mm dia SS pipe each 3 Mtr Long etc. complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for cutting and dismantling the existing winding of exhaust fan 450mm sweep with super enamelled copper winding wire of suitable gauge including varnishing, lubricating, greasing oiling testing etc. complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for fabrication of MS pipe of size 300mm dia, 8mm thick, 1.2 Mtr in length laid in trenches/Header work/Pipeline network as water carrying pipe including necessary welding work for 03 Nos Sections of 125 mm each of 200mm length for connection pipes along with flanges as per existing size all including nut bolts and rubber packing all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for galvanised pipe medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete or laid in trenches of following sizes:

(a) 20 mm bore

(a) 25 mm bore

M&L for brick work with class 'B' bricks (0.20 Cum), including PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate (0.08 Cum) for foundation filling and rendering with cement mortar 1:4 (1.8 Sqm) for support structure of cooling tower etc. complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for insulation of PVC circular water tanks of capacity 5000 litres all around the tank covered with fibre glass (40mm thick) and 1 mm aluminium cladding etc. complete all as specified & as directed.

S & F LT cable of control cable of 1100 Volts, 1.5 sqmm, 6 core copper conductor PVC insulated PVC Sheathed , round wire armoured for AHU's LT panel including excavation depth not less then 60cm, returning filling and removing sand cushioning and brick protection etc. complete all as specified & as directed.

Attending minor breakdown/ complaint electrical / mechanical system of AC plant urgent basis on call in offline or U/S unit 100 TR Central AC plant by authorised technician including detection and repairs the same complete. etc. complete all as specified & as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of MCS-magnum card of microcomputer of 100 TR water cooled chiller package model: EGWFXR1001MLB2, AC plant control panel as per OEM including pre-programmed software to control all parameter of Compressor and chiller unit etc. complete all as specified & as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of display unit of microcomputer of 100 TR water cooled screw chiller AC plant control panel as per OEM including pre-programmed software to control all parameter of Compressor and chiller unit etc. complete all as specified & as directed.

S & F in replacement of 'Y' type cast iron strainer of size 125mm bore PN 10 both side flanged as per HS code :8481 including all jointing material i.e. Nut, Bolt, washer, Packing material etc duly insulated with checking, testing and commissioning to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.
