Removal of excavated surplus soil n. exc 50 m and depositing where directed at level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting chases of cement concrete/brick wall in any description with or without reinforcement for taking up concealed steel water tubing and fittings, channel/grooves or rebates with cement mortor (1:3) & making good the existing surface n exc 15 cm girth and trimming surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down 15mm bore steel tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing or remove to MES store complete all as specified and as directed.
