(A) Repair to 15000 GPH X 76 mtrsx40HP HC Pumpset at Central pump house,Bagh-e-Bahu. The job includes removing of Pump set from its base frame after disconnecting Suction and delivery lines .Loading of dismantled Pump and motor to mechanical transport/load carrier and shifting to workshop for repair .The Job involves repair to Pump shaft by straightening ,metal filling, machining ,threading ,polishing, etc .Fabrication and fitting of 02 Nos. Gland bushes,02 Nos Neck Rings and 02 Nos Impeller as per sample .Repair to bearing housing by fitting of sleeves and replacement of worn out nuts and bolts .Providing and fitting of bearings of reputed make at driving and non driving ends .Fabrication and Providing of one set of coupling pulley. assembling of Pump after replacing worn out nuts and bolts, etc The job also includes repair to the 40 HP motor by way of extraction of rotor from the stator, repairs to the rotor shaft by re-metalling, turning and finishing to bearing size. Repair to motor side covers by way of fabrication / fitting of CI sleeves and finishing them to bearing size by providing and fitting of bearings 02 nos. for both the ends of actual specification and greasing them, then assembling the pump and motor and shifting it back to site, installing it at its position, making proper alignment with baseplate ,painting of pump motor with two coats of enamel of reputed make and replacing an old damaged cables from motor to panel cum starter with 16sq mm 3core/equivalent size copper cables duly covered with PVC flexible hose pipe,testing the unit on full load at site, Job also includes providing and fixing of an appropriate size of flex board with nomenclature of installed machinery . Complete job includes cost of material, all handling &labour charges and taxes etc. Complete job. Servicing of Stand by HC pumpset Servicing of Stand by HC pumpset of 40 HPx15000 GPH X 76M head at site after disengaging pump and motor by skilled workers .Job includes replacement of bearings as per sample both sides of pump and motors including greasing, Gland Packing ,re assembling/fitting and alignment work, painting of machinery with enamel two coats of reputed make . job also includes replacing an old damaged cables from motor to panel cum starter with 16sq mm 3core/equivalent size copper cables duly covered with PVC flexible hose pipe ,testing the machinery on full load. Complete job includes cost of material, all handling &labour charges and taxes etc. Complete job.
