Items :

Supply of Microprocessor based Automatic traffic signal controller with housed in a water proof, dust proof & dust tight cabinet with internal locking arrangement, police panel etc, incorporating the following – minimum 16 timing plans & 12 phases, 7 day clock with 16 groups with minimum 48 lines with conflict management facility and GPS clock system.

Construction of signal controller foundation upto 600 mm height above ground level and 600 mm below ground level on CC M20 grade pedestal having size (LXBXH) with fixing of SS304 nut bolts for controller cabinet.

Supply of digital count down timer for non- ATC Signal Junctions (EN12966) Graphic type.

Installation and commissioning of countdown timer for non- ATC signal junctions.

Supply and installation of chemical earthing , Dia: 50mm, Length: 2 mtr, Chemo: MF Earthing Electrode, Dual Electrode technology filled with HCC field compound .

Supply of single 100 mm (ID) double walled corrugated high density poly Ethylene (HDPE) Pipes conforming to the IS 14930 (Part-II) including supply of necessary sockets, couplings, etc.

Laying of single 100 mm (ID) double walled corrugated high density poly Ethylene (HDPE) pipes including pull wire along with necessary sockets, couplings, etc.

Supply of single 50 mm (ID) double walled corrugated high density poly Ethylene (HDPE) Pipes conforming to the IS 14930 (Part-II) including supply of necessary sockets, couplings, etc.

Laying of single 50 mm (ID) double walled corrugated high density poly Ethylene (HDPE) pipes including pull wire along with necessary sockets, couplings, etc.

Supply of traffic signal straight pole of 6 mtr, inner dia 100 mm with base plate 200 mmx200mmx6mm painted with redoxide and double coat with synthetic enamel paint of yellow colour assembly GI class B.

Erecting straight pole in pole foundation of concrete M20 grade circular in shape of depth 1.3 m below and / or above ground level having dia od 300 mm only.

Supply of traffic signal cantilever para pole class B having inner diameter of 100 mm or more with a height of 6m including extension arm assembly having outer diameter of 75 mm with arm span of 4 mtr length and base plate of size 300mm x 300mm with thickness of 6 mm welded at the bottom of the pole base as per technical specification & drawings.

Erecting cantilever para pole in pole foundation of concrete M20 grade circular in shape of depth 1.3 m below and/ or above ground level having dia of 450 mm only as per technical specification .

Supply of 2 mm thick 310mmx215mmx100mm MS junction box including providing cover with provision to adjust overall height, knock outs on four sided to accept cables of specified sizes and including elmex connector, gland , cable terminations etc .

Installation of 2 mm thick 310mmx215mmx100mm MS junction box as described.

Supply of power supply box 600mmx 400mmx 300mm (HXWXD), with canopy madi in welded construction having sheet of thickness 1.6 mm with IP 65 protection as per technical specification.

Installation & commissioning of power supply box.

Supply of 300 mm dia- single source- LED retrofit- Red (blow) as per specification.

Supply of 300 mm dia- single source- LED retrofit- Amber(blow) as per specification.

Supply of 300 mm dia- single source- LED retrofit- Green (arrow/ U- Turn) EN-123686 as per specification.

Supply of Polycarbonate LED Signal head housing 300mm dia as per ATC technical specification and drawing along with brackets & accessories etc. (For all type of LED Retrofit)

Installation of Polycarbonate LED signal aspect of 300 mm dia on standard traffic signal straight pole.

Supply pf 300mm dia- single source-LED retrofit- Red (ped. Standing) EN-12368 as per specification.

Supply of 300mm dia- single source- LED retrofit- Green (ped. Walking) EN-12368 as per specification.

Installation of Pedestrian (RED & GREEN)

Horizontal Directional Drilling.

Excavation of trench for traffic signals boards cables and conducting as per requirement of the signal junction upto the depth of 600mm below the ground surface and width 500mm in the footpath/ soft soil.

Supply & laying of following 650/1100 volt grade PVC insulated PVC sheathed multi core copper conductor armoured cables as per specification & IS 1554 part I in existing trenches, ducts, GI pipes- 2.5 Sq.mm, 3 core copper conductor.

Supply & laying of following 650/1100 volt grade PVC insulated PVC sheathed multi core copper conductor armoured cables as per specification & IS 1554 part I in existing trenches, ducts, GI pipes- 1.5 Sq.mm, 8 core copper conductor.

Supply & laying of following 650/1100 volt grade PVC insulated PVC sheathed multi core copper conductor armoured cables as per specification & IS 1554 part I in existing trenches, ducts, GI pipes- 1.5 Sq.mm, 16 core copper conductor.

Supply and installation of servo stabilizer with cabinet.

Installation, programming and commissioning of the junction.
