Maintenance and operation of Street Light/High Mast at PWD Road under DHC , ND Central, New Delhi. (SH- Routine maintenance and operation of street light, Feeder Pillar and Compact Sub station at Chandni Chowk

Routine maintenance and attending day to day complaints of electrical installations and compound/security lights alongwith allied fixtures & feeder pillars etc. including repairing of lighting fixture complete with carrying out the daily drill comprising of cleaning of the electrical installation, lodging of electrical complaint in the complaint register, testing the insulation resistance, earth resistance etc and providing assistance to the Engineer-in-Charge during breakdown maintenance complete with replacement of worn-out parts issued by the department to the contractor & keeping the entire installation on functional mode and Running maintenance & operation, general upkeep, preventive maintenance including minor repair works, as and when required and recording reading in log book for 11 KV/440 Volts electrical substation comprising of 250 KVA transformer, HT/LT Panel, ACB, MCCB & allied accessories & water pump and allied accessories for maintaining essential power supply, as and when required, on account of failure of main electrical power supply/load shedding including minor repair works by deploying Technician/Operator on round the clock duty on all day of the month including Sunday & Holiday and Khallasi on round the clock duty all days of the month including Sunday and Holiday as per terms & conditions attached and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge etc as required. (Wiremen-3 Nos & Khallasi-3 Nos)

Replacement of existing old & defective LED Luminaries with SITC of Decorative LED Luminaires of 70 to 75 watt post top (BIS certified luminaire with BIS certificateof proposed model ) for Urban lighting, body made of painted spun aluminum, The protector is made of polycarbonate grade UVresistant IK 09 (Confirm by IS10322 report fromThird party NABL approved lab) Permanently sealed optical compartment with IP66 protection.( Confirmed by IS10322 report from Third party NABL approved lab) Luminaire offers tool free access to gear compartment with IP65 protection( Confirmed by IS10322 report from Third party NABL approved lab) .Minimum Luminaire dimensions of 545* 550 mm . Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 Meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required.

Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of CO2 type fire extinguisher (Duly ISI marked) confirming to IS: 15683 capacity 4.5 Kg. complete with delivery hose horn, squeeze grip/ wheel type release valve, locking arrangement, operation manual and bracket, operating temperature 30ºC to +55ºC complete etc. as required.

SITC of 5 HP Three Phase water submersible Pump,flow rate 150-960 LPM, Head Range 14-24 M.complete as required as per direction of Engineer in charge.

SITC of water submersible Pump, ETERNA 1500 CW+, 2 HP, Single Phase, 220 Volts, Size as per site requirement.complete as required as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed steel conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc as required. 9.01) Group C
