CONTINGENCIES (SITE SURVEY) Carrying out of detailed Topographical survey with Total station at interval of 3.00 mtr preparation and submission of following report in quadruplicate (soft and hard copy)

(a) Carrying out contour survey work by total station including marking of important structure and utility (Road, Buildings, Sewage lines and Electric lines etc), contour will be plotted at interval of 3.00 meter. (b) OGL of the ground level w.r.t bench mark. (c) Calculation of cutting/filling earthwork in r/o OGL and FGL by simpson rules in soft and hard copy (FGL will be decided by MES) (d) Fixing of temporary Bench mark ar various location as per requirement complete. Note :- (i) Please note that each drawing shall have GPS/GTS co-ordinates in Northing as well as Easting. (ii) The cost of unit rate is including shifting of manpower & equipments from one place/location to another location, mobilization of resources, travelling at sites etc complete and submission of hard copy in quadripulicate with soft copy in CD. (iii) Location of bore hole must be marked in plan from three point direction to identify it for future requirement.

ARBORICULTURE Supply and plantation of NEEM plant with saplings 90 cm to 150 cm high incld excavation of suitable size pit (size of pit shall not less than 45 cm dia & 60 cm deep) to accommodate the roots of plants incld provn of good earth and treating with farm yard manure in the ratio (4:1) fertilizers and pesticides (i.e. Bevation and neem cake BHC 10% linson dust. Thimment or phorate, manures super and vermicompost) and making up the trench area to proper levels, for its growth and maintaining for two years from the certified date of completion of work complete all as specified & directed.

NOTE for Sl Item No 68.00 to 73.00 :- (i) Height of plant shall be measured from top of follage ( not from the isolated branch/leaf,main stem) to 150mm from top of root. (ii) Water will not be supplied by MES for arboriculture. Contractor has to make his own arrangement for watering to plants and grass. (iii) The rates quoted by the contractor deemed to include watering, maintenance of plants/grass till two years after certified date of completion of work. (iv). During two years after completion if any plant/grass is found dead, or not of satisfactory growth, plants/grass of approved size and shape shall be provided without any extra cost to the state. (v). Supply and application of manure, sweet earth and pesticides, fertilizers, etc up to two years after completion are deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate. (vi) Tenderer to note that 20% cost of quoted amount against these items shall be retained for 2 years after completion. In case of failure by the contractor to maintain the plants/grass as above, the same shall be carried out by the department at his Risk and Cost, and the expenditure shall be deducted from this retained amount or any other dues. (vii) The plants shall be brought at site Six months before the date of completion of the work as per Work order.
