FOR THE ERECTION AGAINST INCREASING CAPACITY FROM 2X40MVA TO 2X63MVA, 132/33KV TRANSFORMER AT 20KV S/S BHARTHANA UNDER ETD, ETAWAH .

Complete dismantling of old 40 MVA, 132/33 KV Transformer alongwith draining of required quantity of oil from Transformer in T/F oil drums at 220KV Sub-Station Bharthana (crane will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost)

Shifting / dragging of Old 40 MVA, 132/33 KV Transformer from plinth to safe place at 220 KV Sub Station Bharthana, distance upto 20 Mtrs.

Additional shifting @ 5 Mtrs per job

Shifting of main tank of 63 MVA, 132 /33 KV Transformer from unloading point to plinth at 220kv s/s Bharthana, Etawah, upto 20 meters distance including turning of tank, if required, including cost of all required labour and special T&P alongwith all other works required to complete the job satisfactory .

Additional shifting @ 5mtrs per job

Complete erection of 63 MVA, 132/33KV Transformer by erection of radiators, conservator tank, all bushings with its turrets (if available), connecting of all oil pipe lines, cooling fans with control cables connection, buchholz relay etc. for completing the work, topping up of Transformer oil and final oil filling in tank, radiator, conservator tank and all other associates works for completion of work including all electrical connection of 63 MVA Transformer with laying of cable and Termination in between WTI, OTI buchholz relay, cooling fans, OLTC, Marshaling box etc with proper ferruling as per drawing.

Centrifuging of complete Transformer oil in Transformer by connecting centrifuging pipes, circulating the Transformer oil through Centrifuging machine and taking the BDV and PPM value of the oil periodically till the required value is achieved. Centrifuging machine to be arranged by the contractor at is own cost, oil capacity App.12 KL.

Jumpering of 63 MVA, 132/33KV Transformer HV/LV side by cutting of conductor and tightening of conductor with terminal connectors, work to be complete in all respect.

Replacement of old Transformer RTCC panel with new RTCC panel of new 63 MVA, 132/33KV Transformer including grouting, earthing, its termination & laying of control cable as per site requirement after shifting from storage place to relay room as per instructions of site engineer.

Earthing of Main tank of 63 MVA, 132/33KV Transformer by using M.S flat 50x6/75x10 mm size, its jointing with already laid Earthmat/Deltas, preparing HV&LV Neutral bushing support for its earthing work including all painting related work.

Replacement of following equipments including shifting of material/equipments from store to erection site & old material from erection site to store including all other associated work to complete the job satisfactory.

33 KV bus isolator 2000Amp

Dismantling and re-erecting of Safety grill between T/F & 33kv LAs

Shifting of 63 MVA, 132/33KV Transformer Control and relay panel from storage place to control room, providing & fixing of anchor fastener, earthing and erection of the panel with all accessories as per technical specification and instructions manual of equipment/panel.

Laying and termination of following sizes of control cable in the cable trench from Transformer control and relay panel to Transformer Marshaling Box, DM Box/33 KV CT junction box etc. in switchyard as per cable schedule, including carriage of cable drums from store to laying site and shifting back to store, preparing cable schedule and all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily as per technical specification.
