Excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:3:6 grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:2:4 grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and and string courses and the like etc.

Earth work in rough excavation, banking excavated earth in layers, breaking clods, watering, each layer.

Demolition of brick work and concrete (part of Reinforced concrete) above G.L. upto floor two level including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of un-serviceable materials.

Brick work using second class common burnt clay building bricks in superstructure above plinth level upto all floor level in cement mortar 1:6(one cement: six sand ) including scaffolding including curing complete and carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals.The rate includes sale tax octori, royality,malkhana ,toll tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

15 mm cement plaster on both sides side and top of brick wall of mix 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) in single coat on the upto floor two level including arrises,internal rounded angles,chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth.

Providing and laying Boulder filling under floor.

Finishing walls with with water proofing cement paint of shade (Neolac/Assian/Dulux/Berger)having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg./ 10 sqm. . including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .The rates are inclusive octroi, royality,malkana ,toll tax,sale tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government. .

Providing and fixing weep hole of 100 mm dia PVC pipe, as shown in drawing i/c dry boulder packing at inner face.
