Material and labour for sand filling under floors 30mm thick spreading and leveling complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour precast cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in road kerbs or mud stops set in CM 1:4, including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating all as specified and directed

Material and labour for cement concrete in 1:4:8 Type D2 using 40mm graded aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 M mean radius built in CM 1:4 all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material and labour for 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 to brick or concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed

Returning, filling in including leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 cm thick each layer complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) to a distance n. exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.
