COMPREHENSIVE B/R REPAIR/REPLACEMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF MD ACCN AT ZORAWAR MARG, OLD ZORAWAR MARG AND MES QTRS UNDER AGE B/R-I AT ITARANA CANTT, ALWAR.

Disconnecting and dewatering PVC overhead water storage tank, scrubbing inner surfaces, cleaning and removing all scales, dirt etc. from mouths of circulating pipes, washing tank with fresh water and disinfecting by flushing with liquid chlorine or other equivalent approved chemical, reconnecting and refixing in position after cleaning, for tank capacity n exc 500 litres each, including marking date of cleaning with white paint and stencil, complete all as specified and directed.

Checking of joinery (wooden/steel/aluminium), ironmongery, pelmet boxes, door springs etc. requiring carpentry work and carrying out minor repairs such as tightening of screws/nails, minor adjustment of joinery, resecuring and easing of doors etc., including petty repair materials such as screws, nails, plugs etc. to make the same functional, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Any item required to be replaced shall be paid under respective item and in that case this item shall not be measured and paid.

S&F in repairs metallic drapery curtain rod, 25 mm dia, PVC coated, complete with MS brackets, coloured rings as required and fancy type side/end caps, fixed in position by drilling holes in walls and securing brackets with rawl plugs and steel screws, complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass of any thickness, size and description from steel frames, including removing existing clips and putty, and S&F 4 mm thick ordinary sheet glass fixed with clips and putty, in squares n exc 0.50 Sqm each pane, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm, fixed with stainless steel wire staples, complete all as specified.

Taking down carefully anodised aluminium doors/windows/ventilators including frames, glazed shutters and builder's hardware complete, of any size and description, and refixing in the same opening after carrying out necessary repairs/replacement of unserviceable components/hardware to make the same fully functional, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Quoted rate shall be deemed to include S&F of new joining cleats, aluminium beading, glazing clips, rubber packing, stays etc., including cutting/adjustment of existing stiles as required, and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.

S&F in repairs MS helical door spring, 300 mm size, with roller and base plate, fixed to wooden/steel frames with necessary screws or by welding as applicable, complete all as specified.

S&F in repairs anodised aluminium hasp and staple, 100 mm long, complete fixed all as specified.

S&F in repairs anodised aluminium alloy sliding door bolt, 300 mm long, with hasp and staple (bolt type), fixing clips of sheet/cast/extruded sections and sliding bolt of extruded/cast aluminium alloy, complete fixed all as specified.

S&F in repairs anodised aluminium handle, 100 mm long, complete fixed all as specified and directed.
