Providing and fixing 63 Amp TP&N disconnector fuse switch unit inside the existing panel board with ISI marked HRC fuses including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I.wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing surface/recessed conduit submain wiring/cable as required.

Supplying and fixing 200mm x 75mm size/6 modules, GI box along with modular base & cover plate for modular switches in recess etc as required.

Wiring for light/power plug with 4x4sq.mm FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/recessed steel conduit alongwith 2 Nos. 4sq.mm FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthing as required.

Wiring for light/power plug with 2x4sq.mm FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/recessed steel conduit along with 2 No. 4sq.mm FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthing as required.

Supplying and drawing of 2x2.5sq.mm of FR PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/recessed steel/PVC conduit as required.

Supplying and fixing metal box of 100x300x100 mm size (nominal size) on surface or in recess with suitable size of phenolic laminated sheet cover in front including painting etc as required

Supplying and fixing metal box of 100x100x60 mm size (nominal size) on surface or in recess with suitable size of phenolic laminated sheet cover in front including painting etc as required

Wiring for circuit/submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the 2x4sq.mm + 1x4sq.mm sizes of FR PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/recessed steel conduit for welding machine.

Rewiring for light point/fan point/exhaust fan point/call bell point with 1.5sq.mm FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable and 1.5sq.mm FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable as earth wire in existing surface/recessed steel conduit including dismantling as required.

Wiring for light point/fan point/exhust fan point/call bell point with 1.5sq.mm FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/recessed medium class PVC condult, with plano type switch, phenolic laminated sheet, suitable size MS box and earthing the point with 1.5sq.mm FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc as required.

Supplying and fixing 3 pin 5 amp ceiling rose on the existing junction box/wooden block including connection etc as required.

Supplying and fixing metal box 180x100x60mm deep (nominal size) on surface or in recess with suitable size of phenolic laminated sheet cover in front including providing and fixing 6pin 5/6 & 15/16amps socket outlet and 15/16amps piano type switch connection, painting etc as required.

Supplying and fixing stepped type electronic fan regulator on the existing modular plate switch box including connection but excluding modular plate etc as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of pre wired, fluorescent fitting/compact fluorescent fitting of all type with all accessories and tube etc directly on celing/wall, including connection with 1.5sq.mm FR PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable and earthing etc as required. (LED Tube Light, Departmental Supply)

Supplying and fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing 6 pin 5/6 & 15/16 amps modular socket outlet and 15/16 amps modular switch, connection etc. as required.

Supply & fixing 6 amps. to 32 amps. rating, DP MCB, “ C” curve, 10 Ka breaking capacity.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supply & providing of LED Bulkhead light set with bulk

Labour cost for Fitting and fixing charge of Item No 20 @ 10% of the estimated value .
