Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level un-reinforced), complete all as specified

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for including cutting of steel reinforcement as required to facilitate demolition, complete all as specified.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonary, precast cement concrete walling built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc., complete all as specified.

Dismantling posts or struts embedded in any surfaces (natural, concrete, masonary etc.) and of any description, any section, taking out embedded portion and making good to disturbed ground surface , complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description and in any position including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc of any thickness including dado of any description, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of chain link fencing of any description complete all as specified.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise specially provided complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 m wide and not exceeding 1.50 m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, man holes etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc0.5cum, getting out in soft/loose soil, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers n.exc 25cm thick and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc.50m and making good surface, complete all as specified.

Material and labour plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling etc complete all as specified.

Material & labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate), as in foundation filling and mass concrete of post holes, complete all as specified.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plain exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for providing plain cement concrete B-1 type (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in fixing of hold fast, copings, bed plates, plinth courses , seismic and other bands and the like, finished the surface fair and even, including necessary form work complete all as specified.

Supply & fixed mild steel, rolled sections(channel, angle or tee sections) fixed independently cut to ordinary length as in fencing post or struts in fencing etc. including cutting tops to shape as required , drilling holes, notching for wire etc. including flat iron fillets with nuts & bolts for securing chain link fencing including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing chain link fencing of 3.25mm dia mild steel galvanized wire and mesh size 50x50mm, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixed for galvanized 2 strand, steel barbed wire, 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with & provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc (each line of wire to be measured), complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for steel screw bolts, machine made, dia of neck 11 to 15mm with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal or square nut exceeding 5 cm and not exceeding 10cm long, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for mild steel round bars 6mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel (annealed) wire not less than 0.9mm dia, complete all as specified.

Material and labour for use and waste form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings, similar wk exceeding 200mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing reinforced cement concrete M-25 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate slab supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs landing balconies, canopies, deck side etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel (annealed) wire not less than 0.9mm dia, complete all as specified.

Material and labour mild steel TMT bars 6 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, as in stirrups, spacers and binders, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for pre-cast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in pre-cast fencing post, average cross sectional area exceeding 100 Sqcm but not exc 250 Sqcm with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops, fixing in position, complete all as specified.

Material and labour for providing reinforced cement concrete 1:11/2:3 type A-1, using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in columns, pillars, piers, post and struts, complete all as specified.

Material and labour for providing reinforced cement concrete 1:11/2:3 type A-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for foundation including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams and bases for columns complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for use and waste form work to sides of columns, post, pillar etc. for , rough finished surface of concrete, complete all as specified.

Material and labour for use and waste form work to edges of concrete flats, edges for slab exc. 10cm but not exc. 20cm wide (horizontal or sloping) and sides of RCC/ PCC bands and similar work for fair finished surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixed for mild steel framed work as in ornamental gate of angle or other section of grade Fe-410-0 with gusset plate rails, braces etc welded/drilled to fixing of steel sheeting or other covering doors etc to be prepared for sliding or hanging with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings and hanging also fastening and fixing, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each, in soil, complete all as specified.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed, at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified.

Dismantling of barbed wire fencing complete

Material and Labour for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work, concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with WPC @3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished even and fair, complete all as specified. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply only integral water proofing compound, complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for two coats of synthetic enamel paint on steel surfaces over one coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth, complete all as specified.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of alkaline resistant primer complete all as specified.

Material and labour for providing pre-cast cement concrete louvers and jallies, 25mm thick, 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded aggregates) including all mouldings but excluding frame, set in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for 40mm thick stone slab in desired size of width exc.0.4m and length exc.1.00 m n.exc 1.50m with all edges machine cut, set and jointed in cement and stone dust mortar 1:3 and pointed in cement mixed with approved pigment to match.
