Providing and Fixing Saint-Gobain CertainTeed roofing Shingles, Shadow Ridge and Swift Starter – Landmark Pro Series (Colour as decided by Client /Architect). The shingle should conform to the following standards: - 1.Construction– 3 piece laminated fiber glass construction 2.ASTM D3081 – Asphalt shingles combined with Glass felt and surfaced with Mineral granules. 3.ASTM E108 – Class A fire resistance. 4. ASTM C 3161 – For 110 Mph wind resistance 6.UL (Under Writers Lab) certification for all the above. (STP Tarplast or equivalent) to be applied with brush over the Nail lines for Stronger bond between the shingles. (Additional nails & self-adhesive needs to be used for installation against gravity)

Dismantling of C.G.I./Coloured sheet roofing and stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within a lead as directed by the in-charge engineer etc including necessary scaffolding up to desired height complete in all respects and as per the directions of Engineer incharge.

Providing and fixing Track deck H.I. Rib profiled approved make Sheets 1000 to 1020 mm cover width 28-35 mm high crests at 250 to 255 mm T.C.T(total coated thickness) high tensile S.M.P Galvalume steel. The sheets shall have wide panes with 3 no stiffing ribs, effective water shedding and special male/female ends with full return legs on side Lapps for purlins support and anti-capillary flute inside Lapp. The sheets shall have a hot dip metallic coated of zinc and aluminum (150 gms /sm) zinc/aluminum coating mass total on both sides AZ-150 as IS -1397 ,550 MPA yield stress. Providing silicon modified polyester coating of approved colour of total thickness of 35 micron comprising 20 micron exterior coat of S.M.P over 5 micron polyester back coat over 5 micron primer coats on both surfaces including side and end Lapp and using 8mm Galvalume hex self-drilling fastener on each crest of sheet for connection with purlins and seam bolts at 300mm centers on all sides and end Lapps etc(.measured for unit of laid area) etc including necessary scaffolding up to desired height complete in all respects and as per the directions of Engineer incharge

Providing and fixing of 0. 50 mm total thickness S.M.P. coated Galvalume steel of similar material for ridges, capping pieces at apex of sky lights/hips, valleys etc. (of similar material as in item no 4 above) including notching, turning down of edges of capping between ribs etc .complete(500 mm to 1000 mm) including necessary scaffolding up to desired height complete in all respects and as per the directions of Engineer incharge

Providing and fixing Plain G.I Sheets in Gutters,Valleys etc fixed with polymer coated Nails , and G.I limpet washers filled with white lead and including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on over lapping of sheets complete (0.63 mm Thick) (300 mmx450 mm size)

POLYCARBONATE Triple-Clear (PC3)- should have a clear tint appearance, provides excellent thermal insulation, high flexibility and virtually unbreakable. With its anti-fog coating, this PCSS which shall prevent condensation build-up (falling droplets) and the sheet structure provides extra strength under wind and snow loads. Triple-Clear sheets should be min in 12mm thick sheets.The coefficient of linear expansion of polycarbonate material should be 6.7x10-5m/m•°C. As a consequence careful allowance must be made for the thermal expansion of Polygal polycarbonate multi wall sheets, both longitudinally and laterally and it is necessary to allow ~1/4” per 4’ length or width for thermal expansion. Min Thickness (mm) 12 R-Factor- BTU (h/ft2/F) 2.000Loss of “impact strength in the event of hail” shall be determined by an impact test according to ASTM D 5628-95 geometry FE (tap diameter 20mm). (In this test, failure is determined when the upper wall of the sheet is penetrated by the tap. The sheet does not reach the required standard if the Mean Failure Energy obtained in the test is less than 0.831 Joules. This energy is equal to the energy generated by a 20 mm (~3/4”) diameter ice ball at a speed of 21 m/s.).

Powder Coated aluminum ( minimum thickness of Powder coated 50 microns) Partitions (Hollow tublar section 50x40 mm with 1.60 mm thick .including necessary scaffolding up to desired height complete in all respects and as per the directions of Engineer incharge

Providing and fixing of 8 mm thick aluminium profile Insulation under roof with Polyurethane foam (density 40 Kg/mc) ,Covering of Galvanised white steel. Complte as per specifications and as per directions of consultant,

Providing and fixing of Deodar wood flooring 50 mm thick well seasoned made up of 75 mm x50 mm planks not less than 3.00 metre length to be fixed with screws /nails /adhesive complete as per specifications and directions of Consultant/Engineer Incharge.

Providing and fixing ist quality ceramic glazed tiles in floors etc 300 x 300 mm of 10 mm minimum thickness confirming to IS: 13753 of approved make like NITCO, Orient, Somany, Kajaria or equivalent make of specified shades except Burgundy bottle green black of any size as approved by consultant over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3Kgs per Sq.m including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete

Removal of existing top layer of passage in basement , cleaning and repairing with Urp 301 in floors and walls , applying two coats of Dr. fixit or equallient fast flex 113. after a gap of 5days. Tiling work to be done with Urp 301 chemical mixed with concrete complte as per the directions of site incharge
