Notes for Item Nos 1.00 to 8.00:- (i) All work shall be carried out only by Authorised Rep of OEM and using all genuine Spare Parts supplied by OEM only, in this regard an MOU between OEM i.e, M/S FABCARE and Contractor shall be uploaded with the tender documents failing which Financial Bid of the bidder shall not be opened. (ii) Contractor through OEM shall be responsible for repair and replacement of all defective parts of All Equipments as per OEM recommendations during entire comprehensive Maintanance period. Quated rates shall deemed to be inclusive of replacements of all defective parts and including perodical painting, Fabrications work, if any required to maintain smooth functioning of equipments, Control and power wiring, Repalcement of all consumble items and lubrications. Nothing extra shall be admissible to contractor on this account. (iii) Quoted Rates shall be inclusive servicing, greasing , polishing and tyre replacement and complete repair of washroom stainless steel box type trollys of size 930mm X 630mm X 800mm -09Nos, Dry linen trolly stainless steel cage type for transporting dry lineen of size 1016mm X 762mm 864mm -06Nos, Shelf trolly stain less cage type for transporting dry linen of size 1016mmX 762mm X 864mm base made -05Nos, Mobile table stain less steel size 2286XMM 762MM 864MM -02Nos, Mobile table stain less steel size 1524mm X 762mmX864mm -02Nos and averg weighing scale 200kg cap , plat farm size 600mm X600MM -Qty-01Nos etc. (iv Quoted Rates shall be inclusive of all macines painting, servicing, labour elements and replacement of defective/ unserviceable parts/ replacement of unsv GI Pipe / MS pipe upto 5mtr of each machines, valves , fittings during entire comprehensive maintenance period. Old parts will be the property of Contractor however old parts shall not be re-used, hence shall be deposited in MES Store Yard by the Contractor. The same shall be handed over to Contractor after completion of work. The record of the same shall be made by the Engr-in-Charge and a Certificate in this regard shall be attached with the Final Bill duly signed by the Contractor, authorised rep of OEM & Engr-in-Charge.

Notes for Item Nos 1.00 to 8.00 (Contd...):- (v) Contractors shall provide all kind hand tools/ tester as test lamp as per OEM recommendations without any extra cost to department. (vi) Tradesman shall take all preventive measures as per code of practice of EI Rules and the Department shall not be responsible for any type of untowards incident. (vii) Tradesmen shall rush to spot of fault within 2 Hours of lodging complaint by the User Rep, JE in Charge or Engr-in-Charge telephonically or by any other means at their own arrengement to restore the faults of equipments and to attend the complaint. If the complaint is not attanded within 6 Hour, a penality of Rs 1000.00 Per complaint per Hour shall be impsed on contractor. (viii) Contractor shall provide insulation tape, cotton waste and all tools i.e, hand gloves, spanner set, tool kit, tool bag etc. without any extra cost to Govt. (ix) Equipments/ Machinery shall always be kept neat & clean and mainten in presentable condition. (x) Proper Protective clothing of maintainence shaff employing in breakdown duty shall be arrange by contractor without any extra cost to Govt.
