MAIN PUMPING STATIONS:- Design, construction, erection, testing and commissioning of MPS and following components. i) Panel room of 30 sqm. covered area, Pump Chamber of 8.53 x 3.96 Mtrs., HT Metering Panel Room of 4.50 x 3.66 Mtrs and PLC room including toilet block of 20 Sqmtr. covered area with RCC framed structure of brick work vitrified glazed tiles flooring, Powder coated aluminium frame of size 100mm x 45mm of 10 gauge for chowkhat, 75mm x 45mm of 10 gauge for door frame, 45mm x 45mm of 10 gauge for window frame, 5mm thick glass AIS/Saint Gobin / Modi Float, The toilet block shall be with one half staff urinal and One European W/C, one wash hand basin as per approved drawings. ii) RCC Inlet chamber, Screen Chamber, rectangular collecting tank suitable for 2.50 MLD average flow with peak factor of 3.00, land scaping of the campus complete in all respect. Providing and installing 1 No motor of 3DWF,2 Nos. of 1DWF and 2 Nos. 0.50 DWF with 15 Mtr Head each with suitable LT Panel equipped with all safety devices, automative capacitor bank and submersible cable from LT panel to pump set complete in all respect. iii) K9 DI pipe of suitable Dia at MPS Including welding and screwing of flanges, ISI marked D.I. fittings, Sluice valve, non return valves as per requirements even for bye-pass arrangements complete in all respect. iv) 3 nos. CI Gear Operated Sluice Gate with SS Spindle (SS 410) and seats (SS 304) (2 nos. for screen and 1 no. for partition of collecting tank) as per design. v) Supply and installation of 2 nos. mechanical course screens of minimum length 6 mtrs. for 2.50 MLD average flow with peak factor of 3.0. 1. The connecting sewer of same diameter and material of construction, laid at adequate depth between existing sewers to newly constructed structures is included in scope of work. 2. All the infrastructure except construction of Staff quarter ,Boundary wall (except Main Gate) and path ways/ roads required to be executed at site to make the MPS functional is included in the scope of work for lump-sump job. 3. All the pumping machinery, panel board, Level sensor etc. shall be controlled by PLC and SCADA and shall be synchronized with PLC panels at MPS and STP site through broadband internet facility. 4. The size and quantities of all the above components will be as per approved structural /Hydraulic /Mechanical /Electric design to be approved by Department before actual execution of work.

SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT :- Design, construction, erection, testing and commissioning of 2.50 MLD capacity Sewage Treatment Plant based on Sequential Batch Reactor (SBR) Technology complete in all respect including Landscaping MCC Panel room and all other contingent Electrical, Mechanical, Electromagnetic Flow Measurement Device, Real Time Water Quality Monitoring with Data Collection System (Online analyzer), Piping and Instrumentation works with PLC and SCADA Arrangement for STP and MPS along with Synchronizing it with each other including Shed over Pathway of STP, furniture and laboratory equipments as per detail given in the bid document and including following components . i) 2 No. High Mast of 9 mtr GI Octagonal pole of 4 mm thickness (T=100 mm, B=200mm, Base Plate = 320 x 320 x 20 mm), Window at 500 mm from Base Plate with 6 No. LED energy outdoor suitable size reputed make efficient lamps on each pole, including 20 no. LED outdoor lights with GI poles 7 mtr high including all accessories along the road and path complete in all respect. ii) Supply and installation of 1 No. Main Gate of (SS) 12 ft. wide main gate and 4 ft. wide wicket gate (total weight not less than 500 kg) at STP site. as per satisfaction of Engineer-incharge. iii) Providing and installing 2 No. centrifuges (1 Working plus 1 Stand bye) including centrifuge feed pump, all fittings, instrumentations, electric panel board etc. as per design complete in all respect of the NIT, including packing dry sludge in 20Kg Bag and supplying the same Market Kisan Sewa Kendra or as directed by Engineer-in-charge within lead as pointed at clause 4.4.5 of NIT. iv) Providing and installation of 2 nos. pumping sets of suitable size (1 working and 1 standby) with head 15 mtrs. in chlorination tank to disposed off the treated effluent including all fittings, instrumentations, electric panel board etc. as per design complete in all respect v) Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning, operation and Comprehensive Annual Maintenance of effluent quality monitoring system at 2.50 MLD STP at Village for Online (Continuous) measuring of PH, total Suspended Solids (TSS) Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), Biological Oxygen Demand (BOD) by single analyzer with various sensors (spectral measurement in the UV-VIS range 200-720mm) performing reagent and chemical free analysis with automatic cleaning of censor, signal cables and power cable, local data acquisition and display the data of continuous basis for up linking the data of CPCB, HSPCB and PHED, TUV Board approved complete in all respect as per Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) guidelines for online continuous monitoring system for effluents and as contained in scope of work in the notice inviting tender: Multi-parameter measuring converter, for connecting up to 18 intelligent seniors Scope including 8 analog inputs/Outputs(4 Inputs and 4 outputs) (o/4- 20Ma), wide range power supply optical COD/BOD and TSS probe with spectral processing of the UVVIS range for measurement plant of 3.00 MLDSTP at with integrated with automatic cleaning. Robust digital pH/ORP sensor for pH/ORP electrodes, with built-in pre-amplifier and temperature sensor with Automatic Temperature Compensation (ATC) Cable length 100 Meter (minimum).Sensor adapter cable for all intelligent sensors, with IP68 water proof connection to intelligent sensors net system cable length 100 Meter (Minimum) Data Transfer to CPCB, HSPCB and PHED Servers. Providing GSM 3G, 4G Modem with mobile network connectivity including network charges.

Providing and installation of 6 No. CCTV cameras (2 at MPS and 4 at STP ) including cost of Wiring DVR, cable, lens etc. complete in all respects.

Construction of HT/LT Panel room, PLC room, Centrifuge house, blower room and lab cum office building including doors, windows and fitting etc. at STP site covered area with RCC framed structures of brick work vitrified glzed tiles flooring, powder coated aluminium frame of size 100 x 45mm of 10 guage for door frame, 45mm x 45mm of 10 guage for window frame with 5mm thick glass AIS/Saint Gobin/Modi Float.

Operation and Maintenance of STP, MPS, 2 Nos. IPS and Sewerage Network complete scope of work mentioned in the DNIT Disinfection material supplied by the PHED as per schedule-IV for a period of 6 years Operation and Maintenance cum defect liability period and 3 months trial run period.(will be charged to the A/mtc. estimate). complete in all respects as per approved NIT. 1) Operation and maintenance during 1st year of defect liability period after 3 month trial run period
