S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zink coating GI based corrugated steel sheet(AZ-150) 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ Clading to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zink coating GI based Plain steel sheet (AZ-150) 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ Clading to wall, Ridge and eaves board, fixed with self tapping screws as in specified complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Fibre glass reinforced translucent plain/corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach screw andwasher in roof, wall etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Bitumastic gola, with 80/25 bitumen andcoarse sand mixture. 1:3 by weight, 8cmx8cm at the junction of roofing to vertical surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) Note : Roof sheets to be removed carefully for removing gutters first and refixing the same after replacement of valley/eves gutters. Cost of removing sheets and refixing will be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for Refixing only roof sheet taken out from while removing gutters AC/corrugated/plain steel sheet of any thickness as in roof covering/ Clading to wall, fixed with self tapping screws or J or L Hook complete all as specified and directed.
