Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for laying of cables, poles, stay and getting out of excavated material complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each, excavated soil in trenches after the cables have been laid and tested complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50m and deposited where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and as directed by EIC.

Dismantling and setting aside existing cross arms of MS channel or angle sections etc from pole 2 pole structure / 4 pole structure for reuse or existing 2 pole structure / 4 pole structure of any size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of ACSR conductor from site complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and setting aside existing pin / shackle / loop / disc HT insulator etc of any size from pole / structure complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in trenches or fixing in walls / poles or drawing through pipe XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts, grade cross sectional area 120 sq mm, 3.5 core including testing after laid and jointed with lugs, nuts, bolts, washers complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 10 above but of size 95 sq mm 3.5 core.

Fabrication, supplying, installing, testing & commissioning of outdoor type feeder pillar box with rain cowl weather / vermin proof, Indoor type, factory made LT panel, from any CPRI approved manufacturer having dismensions of Suitable size with sufficient space between MCCB cable coonection place and body of panel for easily working to workers including necessary incoming & outgoing cable connections, cable glands thimbles of required sizes, made out of CRCA sheet 3.00 mm thick for outer shell and 2mm thick for inner shell duly powder coated paint with inner shutter & outer double door, the cubical shall have a bottom channel of size 75x40x5mm duly coated with zinc metal coating with satinless steel locking handle arrangement both side openable fixed on 50 x 50 x 5 mm MS angle frame fixed 300mm above groud level & 300 mm below the ground grouted in & including PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified, directed & comprising of following including refixing existing cables to new panels by proper lugging & cable gland as required. (a) Busbar chamebr for 3 phase & nuetral of capacity 400 Amps (40mm x 10mm) alumunium bus bar duly insulated. (b) Multifunctioning meter to measure Voltage, ampere, KWH, PF - 1 Nos. (c) One set of pilot lamp. (d) Incoming MCCB 250 amps 4 Pole 415 volts 35 KA thermal magnetic setting type - 1 Nos. (e) Outgoing MCCB 160 amps 3 Pole 415 volts 35 KA thermal magnetic setting type - 2 Nos. (f) Outgoing MCCB 100 amps 3 pole 415 volts 10 KA thermal magnetic setting - 2 Nos.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25m below ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below ground level connected to galvanized iron earth strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts, washers of galvanized iron and connected to main switch/control board upto 7.5m away from the earth electrode including excavation earth work, PCC chamber, RCC cover slab char coal, watering pipe, wire mesh lugs, earth lead protection pipe 40mm bore, light grade 7.5m long as applicable and as per plate No. 3 of SSR 2009 and all as specified. (a) Excavation and earth work in any type of soil. (b) Drilling of holes in electrode (c) PCC pit in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (d) 40 mm thick Pre-cast RCC cover with suitable handle. (e) Funnel with watering pipe of GI 20 mm nominal bore ,medium grade & copper lug etc. (f) 40mm nominal bore medium grade GI protection pipe 7.50 m long for protection of earthing lead. (g) Requisite quantity of charcoal and common salt. (h) Connection to earthing test point and testing on completion.
