Comprehensive Maintenance of 05 Nos. 100 LPH Capacity R.O. Plants (ION EXCHANGE – ECO Model) Installed in Different Blocks of Vikas Sadan. The scope of work shall include comprehensive operation and maintenance of 05 Nos. 100 LPH capacity R.O. Plants of ION EXCHANGE (ECO Model) installed in various blocks of Vikas Sadan. The agency shall deploy qualified service personnel/ engineers for periodic inspection and maintenance of the plants. A minimum of two (02) compulsory preventive maintenance services per month shall be carried out for each R.O. plant. The services shall include thorough inspection, cleaning, testing, servicing, calibration, adjustments, troubleshooting, and rectification of defects to ensure smooth and uninterrupted functioning of the systems. The scope shall also include repairing, servicing, and replacement of defective/worn-out components, whenever required, including R.O. Membrane (100 LPH ECO Model),Sediment Filter (20"), Activated Carbon Filter (ACF) 20", Booster Pump, Solenoid/Control Valves, Low Pressure Switch, High Pressure Switch Flow Restrictor, SMPS/Power Supply Unit, TDS Controller/ Meter UV Lamp and Choke, Electrical and Mechanical Fittings, Interconnecting Tubing, Fittings, and other allied components, The contractor shall ensure that the R.O. plants consistently produce treated drinking water conforming to potable water standards, with TDS maintained below 200 ppm or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note :- All the material to be replaced shall be either of brand Ion exchange, or authorised by the ion exchange Pvt. Ltd.)
