Dismantling RCC: Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer - in charge.

Extra for cutting of reinforcement in RCC: Extra for cutting reinforcement bars manually/ by mechanical means in R.C.C. as per direction of Engineer - in charge.

Dismantling of Sheeting: Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 meters lead of: G.S. Sheet, all complete as per direction of MIC

Dismantling of Structural Members: Dismantling steel work in built up sections in beam, angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc.including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead all complete as per direction of MIC. Note: Rate inclusive of Extra for dismantling trusses, rafters, purlins etc. of steel work for every additional span of one metre or part thereof beyond 10 metres & Extra for dismantling trusses, rafters, purlins etc. of steel work for every additional height of one metre or part thereof beyond 5 metres.

Disposal of Building Rubbish upto 2km le: Disposal of Building Rubbish up to 2km lead by mechanical means including loading, unloading & stacking, all complete as per direction of MIC

Transportation of Dismantled Structural : Transportation of Structural steel members, sheeting etc from IPH, Karnapur to Scrap Yard of CPP Nalco by mechanical means including loading, unloading & stacking, all complete as per direction of MIC

P/L RCC in Super structure (1:1.5:3): Reinforced cement concrete work above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement: 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources), all complete as per direction of MIC. (Rate inclusive of all materials (except r/f) & Royalty)

P/F Steel Reinforcement: Providing & fixing Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level. Hot rolled deformed bars. All complete as per direction of MIC.

Centering & Shuttering: Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts all complete as per direction of MIC.

P/L Cement plaster: 6 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand), all complete as per direction of MIC.(Rate inclusive of all materials & Royalty).

S/F Structural Steel Work: Supplying, Fabrication & Erection of Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete as per direction of MIC.

Acrylic Paint: Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade: Old Work (Two or more coat applied @1.67ltr/ 10sqm) on existing cement paint surface, all complete as per direction of MIC.

Synthetic enamel paint: Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade: Two or more coats on new work, all complete as per direction of MIC.

P/F precoated GI Profile Sheets: Providing and fixing precoated sheets of TATA Bluescope LYSAGHT TRIMDEK 1015 or equivalent including Ridges plain (upto 600mm)/ Flashings/Aprons (Upto 600 mm)/ Barge board (Upto 300 mm) etc. The sheets shall be manufactured out of nominal 0.45 mm Base Metal Thickness (BMT) ,high tensile steel with minimum 550 MPa yield strength, metallic hot dipped coated with Al-Zn alloy (55% Aluminium. 43.5% Zinc, 1.5% Si), coating class AZ150 (min. 150 g/sqm total on both sides) as per IS 15961. Total coated thickness and Total Painted thickness of the sheets shall be 0.50 mm and 0.53 mm respectively. The sheets shall have a total coating thickness of 35 microns comprising of super durable polyester top coat of 20 microns on exposed surface, 5 micron reverse polyester coat on back surface and over 5 micron primer coat on both surfaces of approved colour suitable for exterior application conforming to IS 15965 class 3. The Sheets should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 6 metre. The sheets shall have brand mark at regular intervals on the reverse side of profile including name of the profile and Total Paint Thickness for confirming genuinity of the material. The manufacturer's test certificate for the chemical and mechanical properties must be submitted for approval by the concerned authority prior to installation. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping steel screws of Hilti/ Tata Bluescope/ Jindal stainless steel of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, at all heights, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape, sealing of openings/holes wherever required for all elevation as per specifications and directions of Manager-in-charge.
