M.S. structural works with hollow sections (square or rectangular shape) conforming to IS: 806-1968 & IS:1161-1998) connected to one another with bracket, gusset, cleat as per design, drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge complete including cutting to requisite shape & size, fabrication including metal arc welding conforming to IS: 816-1969 & IS: 9595 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to IS:814- 2004, haulage, hoisting and erection all complete.

Supplying, fitting and fixing single skin color coated trapezoidal profile for wall cladding, Roof shall be made of 0.45mm BMT (Base Metal Thickness) (0.50mm TCT (Total coated thickness excluding paint). G550 (min 550 yield strength), of Zincalume metalic coating (ISI5965) with high solar Relectance Indenx (SR1) value for better colling as per thermatech technology, 1000-1015mm effective cover width with five major corrugaton, 28mm high rib spaced at 203mm c/c with subtle square fluting in the pan and the end rib shall have anti-capillary groove and return leg. The steel sheet shall be fastened with 40 micron zinc coated or 25 mircon zinc-tin alloy coated, hex hend, self-drilling screw as per IS 3566-2002 Calss 3 fastener. The base steel shall be coated with zinc-aluminium alloy Zincalume (AZ150) (i.e 55% Al, 43.4% Zinc, 1.6% Si) minimum of 150 g/m2 coating total on both sides, pre-painted with colorbond XRW (xterior roofing, walling) paint system of 35 micron Super Durable Polyester paint (SDP) with stable inorganic pigment with no lead contents confirming ISI 5965. The sheet shall be free from defects and have brand marking of the manufacturer giving product details on the back of the sheet at regular interval confirming genuinity of the material.

Providing and fixing of factory made uPVC casement window (White Colour) (U value=1.9-1.3 W/m 2 K, flame resistant, self extinguishing, lead free) comprising uPVC multi-chambered frame, Sash, & Mullion with having wall thickness of 2.3 mm (±0.2 mm) duly reinforced with G.I. section 1.6 mm (±0.2 mm) made from roll forming process of required length. Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (ii) With 1:4 cement mortar (a) 20 mm thick plaster

Rendering the Surface of walls and ceiling with White Cement base WATER PROOF wall putty of approved make & brand.(1.5 mm thick)

Applying Exterior grade Acrylic Primer of approved quality and brande….EIC. (b) Two Coats

Protective and Decorative Acrylic exterior emulsion paint per the direction of EIC…..of primer. c) Super Protective 100% Acrylic Emulsion.

a) Priming one coat on steel or other metal surface with synthetic oilbound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc.

b) Priming one coat on timber or plastered surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc.

(A) Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty etc. on the surface, if necessary : (a) On timber or plastered surface : With other than hi-gloss of approved quality- iv) Two coats (with any shade except white)

b) On steel or other metal surface : With other than hi-gloss of approved quality- (iv) Two coats (with any shade except white)

Add GST @ 18%

Add Labour Welfare Cess @ 1%
