ADDITION / ALTERATION TO BLDG NO P-322 AND ALLIED WKS AT CCOSW UNDER GE (EAST) LUCKNOW

Dismantling brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer of roofs and old APP removal including mud pushaka etc roughening surfaces of old concrete by picking, sweeping/Brushing clean and washing down with water to remove dust and apply neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per sq. metre complete all as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs/padding /benching or mud stops, and platform for mounting service tanks, rounded,chamfered on edges including necessary use and waste of from work etc all as specified and directed.

M & L for screed bed 10mm thick in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces/ roof/ parapet wall using WPC as per manufacturer instruction finished fair & even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cleaning of all loose dirt and dust from roof surfaces and applying roof treatment as under :- (a) Applying a coat of fibre reinforced PU primer confirming to ASTM D412 @ 30% water dilution on prepared surfaces and allow to dry. (b) Supply and Applying 2 coats of Hybrid PU based elastomeric single component coating over primer surface @ 10kg /10.76 Sqm total comsumption having below properties:- 1. Elongation - 500%-600% 2. Solid contents - 80%, 3.Tensile Strength - 1.6N/mm2 4. Adhesion to concrete - 2.2N/mm2 5. Initial hardness shore strength - 60Min. 6. Tear Strength - 14Mpa. 7. Total thickness of layer shall be 1.2 - 1.5mm. Note : (i) The net area of water proofing treatment shall be measured without any extra allowance for laps & portion inserted in groove which shall be deemed included in the quoted rates, the cost of same shall be deemed inclusive quoted unit rate. (ii) The work pertaining to roof treatment shall be executed by the contractor as per MOU from authorised applicator through manufacturer of the materials like PU primer etc after approval by the GE.

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks, old size, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius and built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per item No 6 above but except bricks (bricks recovered from demolition to be used)

M & L for cutting openings, through brick walls for door, window and other openings or enlarging existing openings. converting window into door openings, etc. or cutting out defective brick work for under-pinning, including providing, fixing and removing shoring, cleaning and stacking bricks, removing surplus serviceable bricks, hard-core, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for self curing Ready Mix Plaster of thickness 12 mm to 15 mm, pre-packaged, ready-to-use formulated with cement, graded sand, polymers, and special self-curing compounds on external surfaces of walls, chajja, facia at any height with necessary scafolding surface finished even and smooth including taking down cement or cement lime plaster, raking out joints and preparing for plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified including disposal of rubbish, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Self Curing Ready Mix Plaster of thickness 10 mm to 15 mm, pre-packaged, ready-to-use formulated with cement, graded sand, polymers, and special self-curing compounds on Internal surfaces of walls, at any height with necessary scafolding surface finished even and smooth including taking down cement or cement lime plaster, raking out joints and preparing for plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified including disposal of rubbish, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
