Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of Transformer 100 KVA (pole mounted) Energy Efficient level 2 conforming to latest IS for transformer, Outdoor type, step down (11/0.433 KV) (Vector group DYN-11) copper wound, HT 11 KV 3 Phase , LT 433 volts, 3 phase 4 wire ,50 Hz ,oil immersed, naturally cooled type with OFF load tap changing switch on HT side to vary secondary voltage + 2.5% to + 7.5% with standard fitting including cable box, oil temperature indicator range 0-120 degree C, accessories as per latest IS-1180 and as per manaufacturer's design including making necessary connections and arrangements as needed for provisioning at site, complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (a) The rates include for supplying transformers with standard fittings and installing complete including all jointing materials, connecting with electrical system, earthing, testing and commissioning. (b) Initial oil filling to appropriate level (cost of oil including testing with desired dielectric strength) shall be deemed included in the unit quoted rate.

Supply and errect Prestressed concrete pole, 11.0 metres long. 152mm x 152mm at top and 152mm x 260mm at bottom, class 9 including painting upto 1.5 mtr from coping in alternate layers of black and yellow colour paint and numbering of pole complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Necceessary earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping / padestal to poles including use and waste of necessary form work, finishing the exposed surface even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed.

Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundation filling and mass concrete for poles/struts/stays assembly including use and waste of necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, Laying connecting and testing XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured HT electric power UG cable (heavy duty with stranded aluminum conductor) of size 95 Sqmm, 3 core, 11000 Volts(Earthed) grade, confirming to IS-7098 (Part-II) laid through duct/ pipe / in trench etc. with cable glands and suitable size of aluminium lugs complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Earth work, concrete cable covers, sand cushioning and GI Pipe shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Supply, laying, Jointing connecting LT UG cable XLPE insulated,PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 120 sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches / on poles / walls / in ducts / passing through pipes and including necessary cable lugs, bolts, nuts and washers complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per serial item No. 6.00 here in before but for 95 Sqmm 3.5 Core.

Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed including painting two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150mm height, 150mm dia for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and as directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm×60cm× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion. Note:- Length upto 7.50m of GI wire and protection pipe is inclusive in unit rate.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm as in soils complete all as specified and directed.

Sand cushioning with dry river sand in trenches for cushioning of underground cable with layer of sand 8 cm before laying of cable and 15 cm thick after laying of cable complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: For payment purpose punned thickness of 18 cm shall be measured against spread thickness of 23 cm as mentioned in para 19.75 of SSR Part-I.

Factory made unreinforced Precast concrete cable covers class LV type 1, flat, Size 250x150x40mm laid in trenches as protection to cables complete all as specified and as directed.
