Amount

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil i.e. loose/soft not exceeding 1.5 Mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 Mtr in width and getting out complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

All as per item No. 1 above but in hard/dense soil/cutting of road/hard standing/breaking of PCC etc.

Returning, filling and including spreading, leveling and watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm to achieve desired compactness as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Removing of excavated material/soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtrs and depositing at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) for repairing of valve chamber foundation etc including filling in road cuts/ hard standing etc all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brick work using old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.00 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified.

M&L for 10mm thick cement plastering in cement mortar 1:6 on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

Attending complaints of no water / leakage of water by removing float valve, water meter, stop cock etc or GI/composite tubing of size upto 50mm bore upto 0.3 mtr length including all GI fittings like elbow, socket, Tee, Nipple, bend, union etc and making new threads as required at site including excavation,return refilling and removing soil & earth work etc. complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : - (i) The cost of GI pipe upto 0.3 mtr and GI fittings shall be included in the quoted rated. (ii) Excavation and earth work required shall be measured and paid seperately. (iii) Complaints of urgent nature will be attended round the clock including Sunday & holiday to restore the water supply. (vi) Dewatering of accumulated water using engine driven pump set etc is deemed to be included in quoted rate. (v) Complaints given to contractor shall be rectified within 24 hrs. (vi) A penality of Rs 500/- per complaint will be charged for not attending the complaints and complete all as specified and directed.d within 48 hours. (vii) Contractor will arrange all the T&P/Diesel pumps for dewatering where ever required.

M&L for cleaning of swimming pool complete all as specified & directed for the following steps :- (a) Bailing out the dirty/ Muddy water settled at the bottom of swimming pool of size 25 mtr x13.5 mtr & depth 3.10 mtr ( Average depth) by using small submersible pump set/or Mannual Appx Qty of Muddy water 60,000 litre (b) Taking/ lifting out Alge/ Mudd deposited at the bottom of swimming pool by mannual labours & removing outside the swimming pool upto 50 mtr distance.(Appx qty- 01 Cum) (c) Cleaning the Swimming pool theroughly with water( water will bge supplied by Department) & cleaning the bottom, side walls/tiles of pool by using nylon bruses and detergents & non reactive chemicals theroughly including removing dirt/soopy water from the pool/ (Note: Tiles shall be cleaned/ brushed with water and detergents till the dirt and patches on the tiles are removed to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. (d) All as per Serial Item No 44(c) above but baby pool of size 8 mtr x 5 mtr & depth 2 feet. (e) All as per Serial Item No 44(c) above but balancing tank(UG Sump) of swimming pool size having water capacity 50 cum Appx quantity of muddy water 10000 ltrs. (f) Taking/ lifting out Alge/ Mudd deposited at the bottom of balancing tank by mannual labours & removing outside the swimming pool upto 50 mtr distance. (Appx qty- 0.5 Cum)

Daily Cleaning of swimming pool bottom and side walls by using suction sweeper fitted with nylon brush all as specified and directed. Note: (a) Suction sweeper including brush will be used which is at swimming pool installation. (b) This job shall be done on daily basis upto the satisfaction of Engr-in-charge. (c) Electricity for suction sweeper will be provided free of cost by department. (d) Repair to suction sweeper including replacement of bolts, nuts, washers and servicing of suction sweeper pump etc., as and when required shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost to the department. (e) The rate quoted shall be deemed to include the charges for divers for cleaning the side walls of swimming pool for every cleaning.

M&L for Cleaning of Swimming Pool floor/walls by scrubbing the bottom of walls with a 5% Solution of copper sulphate/Diluted HCL Rinsing after about 15 minutes complete all as directed.

Dewatering of sump near swimming pool filter plant of internal dia 5 mtr and 7 mtr depth approx and cleaning by using with a 5% Solution of copper sulphate/Diluted HCL Rinsing after about 15 minutes complete first and then with plain water complete all as specified and diected.

Painting to existing MS pipe, machinery sluice valves, valve pit cover at Swimming Pool (except repaired under respective item of this schedule), jumping/dividing boards handles upper side of waste water with one coat of synthetic enamelled paint including preparation of surface complete all as directed and specified.

Supply and mixing filter alum (crystaline and clear) into Swimming Pool water for ensuring coagulation and trapping of suspended matter and colour in water in controlled manner to maintain PH value in the range of 7.2 to 7.6 @ approx. complete all as directed

Supply and addition of copper sulphate to Swimming Pool water for controlling and accummulation of organic/inorganic material complete all as directed

Supply and addition of Soda Ash in Swimming Pool as per site requirement for controlling the accumulation of slimis, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of ISI marked 3 way reflex multiport valve as per matching to existing type & shape with inlet & outlet connections of dia 50mm dia PVC pipes, for sand media filter tank with in built pressure gauge complete with fixing in existing media filter tank complete with all fixing accessories all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L following services to overhead reservoirs as follows:- (i) Dewatering the tank. (ii) Removal of left over dirty water and sludge (iii) Cleaning of wall ceiling and floor (iv) Removing of remaining sludge from the floor (v) Treatment of inside tank be exposing UV radiation kill the suspended or floating bacterial remaining in the tank OH RCC reservoir upto 50000 gallons capacity with staging of tank more than 15 mtrs but less than 28 mtrs hight.

All as per item No. 169 above but OH steel reservoirs of 20,000 gallons capacity

Cleaning of static water tank of dia 6.5 m and 5.0 m deep, pumping out the water, removing mud, ulgi silt, foreign particles, scraping of walls, bottom surfaces and washing with water and applying two coats of water proof weather proof paint over putty repair work including painting on all steel frames/jhali, railings etc complete all as directed by Engr- in- charge.

M&L and T&P for dewatering the sewage collection well 6.60 metre dia, by removing all sewage material, mud, silt, ulgi etc including dewatering cleaning upto the floor. scrapping the walls, roof from inside the well and transporting of material to a distance exceeding 4 KM not exceeding 5 KM outside the AF stn complex complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out old unserviceable strip/wire any type from wall/roof complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix aluminium strip of size 25x3.15 mm for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall/ roof with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground or any other indicated situation complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Two lengths of strips shall be jointed together by overlapping not less than 100 mm both ends through welding/brazing.

Supply and fix copper strip electrolyte grade having purity not less than 99.9 % of size 20x3.15 mm for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed wall/ roof with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground or any other indicated situation complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Two lengths of strips shall be jointed together by overlapping not less than 100 mm both ends through welding/brazing.

Supply and fix GI strip of size 32x6 mm for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed wall with saddles and fixing screws etc. or laid underground as in grid connection of earthing complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Two lengths of strips shall be jointed together by overlapping not less than 100 mm both ends through welding/brazing.

Supply and fix Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on saddles or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 4mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire complete all as specified and directed

Taking down old unserviceable single pointed termination rod any type over the roof from PCC block/GI pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix single pointed termination aluminium rod 12 mm dia, 300 long on roof top including fixing/fitting of termination rod and over the roof in PCC block/GI pipe and making connection with roof/down conductor with Al strip by proper bolting/brazing etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : PCC and GI pipe shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of sch.

Material and labour for carrying out soil resistivity for earthing at in accordance with IS 3043 : 2018 by wernner's method and issuing a complete report at certain locations within the premises of AF station sarsawa as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge. NOTE : The job to be executed within 1 month of issue of work order.

Dismantling/Taking out old unserviceable earthing any type/size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of Earthing with Galvanised steel pipe electrode shall be of medium grade 40 mm dia and 2.5 m in length. Pipe electrode shall be cut tapered at the bottom and is provided with 12 mm dia holes (staggered) at 75 mm centre to centre upto 2 m of length from bottom. The electrode shall be buried directly in ground vertically with its top edge not less than 1.25 m below ground level connected to main earth lead 4.0 sqmm galvanised iron wire by means of bolts, nut, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.2 of MES Schedule pt-I 2009, GI earth lead shall be protected by GI pipe 15 mm dia medium grade and connected to distribution board including excavation in any type of soil,returning filling, disposal of soil, providing alternate layer of charcoal dust and common salt upto top edge of electrode, construction of PCC pit with RCC cover, funnel, including testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed. Note- : (i) GI strip beyond 7.5 metre will be measured and paid sepeartely. (ii) Test report shall be prepared and submitted by the contractor in triplicate duly obtaining signatures of MES JE / AGE & user. (iii) The earth resistance should be less than 5 Ohm.

Material and labour for earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 Metre deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Metre below normal ground level connected to galvanised strip 32 x 6 mm by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts, washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 03 of SSR Part I connected to earthing test point including excavation/ earth work in any type of strata, removal of surplus excavated material, GI pipe for watering and funnel, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 use 20 mm graded stone aggregate chamber including necessary formwork / mould for fair and even surfaces, precast RCC 1:2:4 type B0 use 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate chamber cover slab, GI funnel, with GI watering pipe 20 mm bore medium graded, wire mesh, protection pipe 40 mm bore GI pipe light grade for earth lead upto 7.50 metre long salt, charcoal including testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) GI strip beyond 7.5 metre will be measured and paid sepeartely. (ii) Test report shall be prepared and submitted by the contractor in triplicate duly obtaining signatures of MES JE / AGE & user. (iii) The earth resistance should be less than 5 Ohm.

M&L for bore earthing by digging bore 18 mtr to 20 mtr deep of 200 mm bore (minimum) providing in the bore GI pipe medium grade 40 mm bore (plugged at top with GI plug) copper strip 25 x 3 mm along the pipe upto equipment ( copper strip shall be fixed with the pipe by brass / SS nuts and bolts @ interval of 40 mm each in the entire depth of bore and copper strip 25 x 3 mm from each pit to equipment to be drawn in the GI pipe medium grade 40mm dia as protection of copper strip), in & including charcoal dust and salt filling in alternate layers (each layer shall be 15 cm thick) around the pipe /strip in the entire depth of the bore, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 pit covered with RCC 1:2:4 cover 50mm thick reinforced with XPM weighing 08 Kg/Sqm, CI frame excavation and earth work and other relevant work complete in all respect all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note : (i) Cu strip beyond 7.5 metre will be measured and paid sepeartely. (ii) Test report shall be prepared and submitted by the contractor in triplicate duly obtaining signatures of MES JE / AGE & user. (iii) The earth resistance should be less than 5 Ohm.

M&L for bore holes for chemical eathing upto 200 mm dia to the depth of 3 Meter deep in any type of soil/starta including hard stone boulders by means of any method getting out and disposal of soil to a distance of n exc. 50 m complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement UL Listed / CPRI tested maintenance free , low carbon copper coated earth rod of 3 Mtr length electrode having diameter of 17.2 mm with with molecular bonded with 99.9% electrolytic copper with minimum coating thickness of 250 microns With thread for linking together additional rod as per site requirement. All relevent tests as per IEC 62561-2. Rod should be tested and certified for Short circuit current withstanding capacity of 20kA Irms from CPRI. Make : OBO/ENNOV/JMV. Earth electrode shall be undergone the following test as per IEC 62561-2 and report of the same to be submitted to Engineer in charge before placing purchase order :- Electrical resistivity test Tensile test Bend test Adhesion test Coating thickness test Salt mist test

Supply and fix universal clamp of SS to connect earth rod with flat conductor complete all as specified and directed

M&L for earth conductivity enhancing compound shall be tested as per IEC 62651-7, for retaining and maintaining moisture content in the soil, Earth Enhancement Compound is required. Thus such enhancement compounds are supposed to be technically suitable for the condition of use in the field without creating any hazard to the environment as well as the earth electrode, Conductive compound producing low resistance of an earth termination system. Earth enhancing compound shall be so designed and constructed that in normal use their performance is reliable and without danger to persons and the surroundings. The material shall be chemically inert to sub soil and shall not pollute the environment. It shall provide a stable environment in terms of physical and chemical properties and exhibit low resistivity. It shall not be corrosive to the earth electrode itself. The resistivity of the Earth enhancing mineral compound shall be 0.12 Ω-m and should not dissolve, decompose and pollute the environment. 25Kg of compound mixed with required amount of water and sand in slurry form to use with earthing system. Note : Earth enhancing compound shall be undergone tests as per IEC 62561-7 and test report of the same to be submitted to engineer in charge before placing bulk order.

M&L for heavy duty chamber of 300 mm X 300 mm X 200 mm made of Polyethylene / Polypropylene material. Flush Mounted, removable and lockable cover of the earth pit should be able to withstand 5KN(5000Kg). The area inside the inspection chamber should be such that, the UNIVERSAL CLAMP/EBB/Bus bar is not too deep inside the inspection chamber or projecting out of inspection chamber. The chamber should have facility for marking earth resistance and latest testing date by paint at the cover and previous recorded values inside the cover. Inspection chamber should be tested and complied as per IEC 62561-5. Permanent fitting (like a screwed-down plastic label or copper label, or one that can be threaded onto the cable) shall be used at the connection point that is clearly marked with the words: “EARTHING LEAD -DO NOT DISCONNECT” or “EARTHING CONDUCTOR - DO NOT DISCONNECT” all as specified and directed. NOTE FOR SER ITEM NO 13 to 18 : The work is to be carried out through OEM/ authorised vendor only. Proof of which is to be submitted to Engr-in-charge before execution of work. NOTE

S&F in replacement of galvanized iron steel water tubing 15 mm bore, medium grade for watering to earth pits, laid in trenches, including all fittings and fixtures complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Bib tap standard of PTMT any colour high pressure screwed for iron pipe and fixed.(Minimum weight 15mm-90gms) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 32 mm medium grade PVC pipe ISI marked, burried earthing strip into the ground for proper insulation of building and equipment complete all as directed.

M&L for Brazing of size 40mmx25mmx5mm in copper strip of size 25x3mm at the joint of strip through copper rod of proper size and combination of oxygen acetylene gas cylinder.Joint must be able to withstand high tensile strength and properly done without any defect or without any crack all as specified and directed. Note :- (1) If any crack found in the brazing contractor will do brazing free of cost again.

Dismantling old /broken Earth pit chamber/ PCC block for construction of new earth pit chamber for earthing / PCC block for air termination rod of size as indicated and directed by Engineer-in-charge in (1:3:6) type C1 and plastering 15mm thick in cm (1:4) on internal external surfac of pit/ block including foarm work all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC pit cover of size as indicated and directed by Engineer-in-charge in (1:2:4) type B1 with reinforced bar of 8mm dia with 100mm C/C including Lifting Handle complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking out tilted earth pit chamber and raming of sand compacting the area and again repositining of Earth pit chamber over a PCC 1:4:8 of 75 mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fabrication of earth pit indicator made of MS sheet of 3mm thick (shape as directed ) welded on iron strip of 32mm x 6mm thick x 900mm long (150mm in below GL) dully painted with synthetic enemeled paint over a one coat of redoxide primer complete with writing earthing nomenaclature as specifed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex.head screw complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement insulator/ separator of DMC/SMC material fixing screws on wall/ roof for laying of down/roof conductor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
