Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering.All works upto plinth level in M-10(1:3:6) grade, with 20mm nominal size of crushed stone aggregates, with 20% boulders

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering.All works upto plinth level in M-20(1:1.5:3) grade, with 20mm nominal size of crushed stone aggregates.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete in retaining wall( any thickness) of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering.All works upto floor V level in M-20(1:1.5:3) grade, with 20mm nominal size of crushed stone aggregates.

Reinforcement of R.c.c work in plinth band incl. straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete.

Brick work with F.P.S bricks of class designation 75 in 1:6 (cement: sand) mortar.

Extra for brick work in superstructure above plinth level.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for Foundations, footings, bases for columns

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for Foundations Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters buttresses, plinth and string course fillets, kerbs and steps etc

Providing wood work in frame of door and window with 2nd class kail wood.

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete Fixed to openings / wooden frames with rawl plugs screws etc.

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing panelling or panelling and glazing in panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows (Area of opening for panel inserts excluding portion inside grooves or rebates to be measured). Providing and fixing specified board medium density exterior grade (Grade I) to frame, backing or studding with screws etc. complete (Frames, backing or studding to be paid separately.Flat pressed 3 layer particle board or graded wood particle board 12mm

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1cement :4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete size 600X600mm

white cement based putty on new work of approved brand and manufacture 1mm thick

Applying priming coat with ready mixed Pink or grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on WOOD work (hard or soft wood)

Painting of doors and windows with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shades.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture (two or more coats) and of required shade on new work,

Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade on new work .

Making plinth protection 50mm thick with cement conc .(1:3:6) ,20 mm nominal size of stone aggregates over 75mm bed of dry brick ballast,40mm nominal size of well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including finishing the top smooth.

Structural steel work in built up section,trusses and framed work,including cutting,hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing corrugated G.S sheet roofing fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks,bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I limpet washers or with G.I limpet washers fille with white lead and including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlaping of steels complete(upto a pitch of 60 degrees),excluding the cost of purlins,rafters and trusses.0.50mm thick.

Providing wood work in false ceiling, partitions etc sawn & putup in position budloo/ Fir wood

Providing and fixing plained eaves boarding 250x32mm

Providing and fixing wooden moulded beading to doors and window frame with iron screw second class kail wood 50x12mm =130rft

Providing and fixing aluminum sliding door bolts ISI marked anodized (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with nuts and screws etc. complete 250x16 mm
