Cartage of 250/100 kva Transformer from Store to dump store/work Site Including loanding and unloading

Erection, grouting, plinthing & earthing of sub station type double pole struucture for 250 KVA /100 KVA T/F at 11m long STP with mounting of all accessories like 11 kv fuse set, TPMO, top channel, Dropper Channel , Sub Station Base, Bracing angle Channels, Danger board, barbed wire, number plate, nuts & Bolt with clamps etc. grouting of pole in ratio 1:4:8, cement, stone grit & coarse sand, plinthing of support of size 0.4x0.45x0.3 Mtr.with cement sand& bricks blast in ratio 1:4:8 and 12 mm thick plastring around the plingth in ration 1:2:4 with 12 mm thickness curing of plingth done properly (All required material for double pole structure & all grouting material except S.T.Pole provided by contractor ) as per RESSPO norms.

Mounting of 250 KVA T/F on D/P along with HT/LT connection with support of D.D. wire 70 sq mm, 400sq mm long baarrel All Lugs, Cupper Z Clamp Sutaible for 250 KVA T/F, nut and bolts atc.(All materials will be provided by the conctractor to Complete the work in all respect execpt T/F.)

Mounting of 100 KVA T/F on D/P along with HT/LT connection with support of D.D. wire 70 sq mm, 150sq mm long baarrel All Lugs, Cupper Z Clamp Sutaible for 100 KVA T/F, nut and bolts atc.(All materials will be provided by the conctractor to Complete the work in all respect execpt T/F.)

Earthing of transformer body and neutral sepretly by lowering of GI pipe of size 1.50” dia 40’ deep, or special chemical earthing with 50 mm dia 3 meter long copper pipe connecting with GI Strip of size 50x6 mm with clamp. (All materials will be arranged by the conctractor)

Installation of L.T. cubical Box (CRC SHEET)( 400 amp, 3 phase 4 wire, Aluminium busbar with indicator, and fusing arrangement systme) on double pole ,with the help of channel ,clamp & nut bolt etc. (All materials ie LT Cubical box Clamps, Channels etc will be arranged by the conctractor) as per sample provided by department.
